I'm sure many of you new this but i only just found out last Sunday ( 2 Days ago )that Queensland don't have a Public Holiday on the Queen's Birthday well they do but not until October.
Some of my work colleagues that live in the Queensland side had to have yesterday off cause there kids Child Care Centre they go to in NSW was Closed yesterday.
Which really the Queen's Birthday is the 21st of April .
It raises the question why doesn't Australia wide celebrate the same Public holidays together ?
Another Public Holiday in the Brisbane City is the Ekka which is the 15th of August 2018 and Queensland Celebrate the Queens Birthday on the 1st of October which is a Labour Day in NSW.
Then we have the Daylight Saving time which drives me insane :brick: :brick:
