Quickest backflip??

if anyone thought the opinions on here were gospel, they need their heads checked.

Taylor ball dominated tonight, but the clowns blame the coach and not the roster. Potent centres and the backline shines, who would have thought? Anyone with half an idea….

How about JT and his structures going out the window and what a difference it makes.

errr no, the structures simply worked tonight.

noticed how we still played one out and kicked long?

we still played very boring footy until the points started rolling in. problem is in previous weeks we'd let them score 20 points and our passes wouldnt stick/attack would be flat cause we're down 20 pts

Hmmm taylor supporters are too classy to say I told you so.

This is the biggest backflip that we will see on here. The truth is as soon as we stop playing Taylor ball we look a lot better.

That was a great effort and it is exactly what we have been asking for. The fans that have been calling out for a change of tactics deserve a tonne of credit. Lets hope that we don't see any Taylor ball for the rest of the season.

What are you talking about lol? We played the same game tonight as we have all season, difference tonight was our forwards dominated Souths and better decisions made in attack and defence leading to more tries scored for us and less for them. Same game plan.

Midfield bombs are designed to give our defenders time to get set while they're running up field. After ever bomb was kicked I noticed how quickly our defensive line was set and they all ran up field in one line together. Some were howling the kicks, I think it's a good ploy. I wonder how many other teams start adopting it.

Yep, still stuck to the structure, just executed far better and defended with some sting.

Yes tonight's win was great and I'm stoked , but don't forget they had Isaac luke missing and lost a heap of go forward , yeah we had woods missing but Farah wasn't a great loss IMO .
Souths were flat tonight and the game next Friday will be a test to see if the boys can back it up !
Let's enjoy the win !!!!

Look at this guy his pretty much crediting this forum for the tigers performance tonight.

I hope the team settles down and continues to play in the groove they were in tonight. They are such a young team with undoubted talent who should at this stage of the season begin to continue playing on a consistent basis football like they did tonight.

Give credit when credit is due…
Taylor let the team play there style of attack and the team also played a grinding defensive style in respect.
If Taylor nurtures the team in this style THEN it migjt work

One good game and all of a sudden the Taylor lovers declare we are over the problems.
We were a lot better , but if you lot call that Taylor ball, you've got to be kidding yourselves.
For the first time in over a month our backs actually ran the ball, our kickswent to the corners( where they always should have been) and Taupau and teddy both had blinders.
Capped off with theRabbits having a very average game
So before all the I told you so experts get too excited, let's see how we go over the next four or five games before we start booking seats for the semis, enjoy it while we can , but keep it in mind that we've all been here before

Tigerspirit, watch every game, especially the Cowboys game and understand, without consumate pros in the centres, the attack is all but stifled. Tonights game wasnt a matter of an attacking structure change, but the difference between having options and playing fill-ins. Its our skinny depth. Its the difference between potential and realisation. The plan wasnt different, the shackles werent off… It was confidence, it was defenders having to watch honest options, it was not trotting out an under-classed backline. Their defensive line had to be honest, it created options. Taylor ball earned us the field position, even Gus once metioned how we defended ourself into ascendency, thats Taylor ball, the same style that had us owning the cowgirls for field percentage... the difference was threats across the park.
