Release Tedesco and Woods before June 30

Tedesco and Woods should both be released before the June 30 deadline. Both have been great servants for our club, and deserve to play finals footy this year.

Our season is dead, and long term we would be better off cashing in our chips. Thoughts?
 
Lol… Are you standing on the Leichhardt Hill yelling that out at 3am in the morning? :laughing:

June 30 is like 3 days away and I doubt the NRL would approve Rep Players going to new clubs halfway through the year with no financial responsibility to the club gaining there services. So many hoops to jump through in so little time.
 
Tedesco is about our only decent player. The have other good attackers but who also have major defence faults. Or we have learners in key positions who collectively cannot kick a decent grubber to feed their families. Or we have Captain Couldn't Care Less. Who else is there in the team worth going down the club to watch?
 
Really cant see what its going to achieve…and are you assuming that the dogs will make the semis....no let them sweat it out at the bottom for a while yet

Because getting the spoon is one thing but ending up conceding more points in a season than any other club in history because turnstyle leaks them like there out of fashion is just not on. Anyway if he stays at parra long enough he is likely to get 2 or 3 spoons aa they seem to get plenty of them

They haven't been great servants to our club and letting them go would be completely unprofessional.

How would we be "cashing in our chips" we would still be paying for them.I doubt if the rorters or dogs would have spare cap space for them
 
If they went it could create a new record having his name on both trophies, for Teddy going from Wooden Spooner to Grand Finalist winner in one season.
 
Why are we doing these turds any favours after they dragged the club through the mud for the last 12 months….remember it was the big 3 who have largely ruined this year....don't forget it.
 
I could not agree less. Tedesco is the most likely player to give Tigers fans a few more thrills in what has been a disastrous season and will keep a few more rear ends on seats. Woods has been trying hard and may help with the learning curve of some of our younger forwards.
 
You are assuming their new clubs can even afford to take them now, which they almost certainly cannot. So trolling or not it's not going to happen.

You missed April by a couple of months.
