RESTART OF COMPETITION

Telegraph have an article out saying who everyone plays twice - I can’t read it but it’s saying our draw isn’t great. It’s a shame considering how good our original draw was

Eels, Panthers, Rabbitohs, Knights, Bulldogs for WT

That’s a tough one. Four of those teams are very good teams and we have a knack of losing to bulldogs. Sucks because our old draw was so good.

Three out of the five didn't make the 8 last year. We'd make any draw look tough.

I have a feeling that panthers Rabbitohs and eels will all be up there this year. Knights a good chance of doing well too. Hopefully we aim up

I only have time for the Panthers. We should be able to aim up against the others.

Tigers: Eels, Panthers, Rabbitohs, Knights, Bulldogs

Have a pretty evenly matched draw with plenty of winnable games. Play a host all their Western Sydney neighbours (including South Sydney who play home games in Western Sydney) plus the Knights.

Wests Tigers v Eels: LLLWL

Wests Tigers v Panthers: WLLLL

Wests Tigers v Rabbitohs: WLLWL

Wests Tigers v Knights: LWWWL

Wests Tigers v Bulldogs: LLLWW

NRL are certainly pushing for eels to do well. They’re not playing any of the premiership contenders twice and it seems like they’ll be playing at home for majority of their games too. Hopefully they choke like always

16 loses and 9 wins in that stat, not good.

If the eels don't win the comp this year they never will. They sit on 4 points at the moment. Admittedly first up they get Brisbane in Brisbane but then they get their next 5 games at Bankwest. Plus they only have to play raiders, rorters and rorters from the south once during the season. And get to play bulldogs, Tigers and Panthers twice.

I don’t know why they would do that. We’re one of the most watched teams in the comp, maybe Foxtel wanted to show our games and took priority. Lot of Saturday night games

Everybody talking the Eels up ... take the huge fan base out of Bankwest stadium the home field advantage certainly diminishes ..playing in a cavernous stadium Without those DH Eels supporters certainly levels things up IMO!
