I have but I’ve also seen the disaster on parramatta road, and I think it’s worse.

Current hold up is state government have flagged they may (probably) want to forcibly acquire the site for the construction of the western harbour tunnel though official process hasnt commenced. If they don't acquire it - construction can commence. If they do - approx 7 year delay.
