Did they? i don't see why that makes a difference. It doesn't have to be a match winning play.

yeah agreed. If he had scored and they lost would you say that he shouldn't have scored? 14 all and they were a while away from the line, it's not the worst option.

coz the reaction of the team after they get the 1 pointer is to grind the rest of the game out.

when you take the field goal with 20 minutes left… you cant really grind it out. cant blame patty for taking the shot- however, the team should've kept playing their natural game

he also kicked for touch late in the game from a penalty that went 50.
love his dropouts though,even when he has a bad kick it still goes 50 on the fly.

Well after seeing how Patty does it, how about this for a boot. A 110m drop kick from the Intrust Super Cup that goes 70m on the fly and all the way to the dead ball line.

Even with big winds thats a freakishly big kick!

I heard brooks put on a 60-65m line drop out a few weeks ago? Was that accurate?
