Move Farah to lock if he stays.

I'd be up for this. I can see Farah coming off the bench next yr.

Who would be hooker?
Remember if they're going to be out here for 80 mins, orbebpven 60 mins , they are going to have to defend as well . We already have two targets.

Cherrington and Halatau can rotate. Farah at lock would Also allow Taupau to go back to the bench where he's the most impactful.

I very much doubt Farah if he stays would have the work rate in attack to do hit-ups coming out of our end that is required of a modern day lock….Why.... also move the current NSW 9 from his preferred position...

Reminds me of the Sheens days when players were played out of position or tried to be manufactured into something they're not.....Oh the lol memories....

Off the Bench would make more sense...MaGuire did it with Luke...Cleary has done it with Segearo...in fact most teams bar Melbourne and the Dogs run 2 hookers.....

The Knights think he's not the right fit for them. That was about 3 weeks ago

"not the right fit" What is that a euphemism for?

for He is an absolute nightmare for players and coaches to work with and his talent is on the way down now he is older. The least popular decision the Tigers could make with fans was too get rid of him and yet despite that he was such a cancer they had to do it risking their own careers

You describe your Charitable efforts ppfff please ( you got a Donation from me when many on here didn't ).

Poor form please don't make laugh  then you you describe removing the Cancer from our Club , there is no other word to describe him why not use Sook if you wanted to…...couldn't care less but removing the Cancer yeah good one don't try and wiggle yourself out of your stuff up .
At least i can Man up and Apologize for using a word such as Spasticated that some found offensive.

Ok I tried not to get involved in your disgusting and grubby accusation but I feel I need to make a comment. Of course I was making no reference to Robbie's mother and that you even considered that was what was happening shows some kind of warped mind. Never has anyone said anything as offensive as that. I have lost my father in law, grand mother and numerous uncles and aunties to cancer so to suggest I would say something about Robbie's mother is disgusting.

Conversations get heated on here sometimes and people say things they regret but you have previously seemed a genuine and decent contributor and I imagine you will apologise for your disgusting slur or at least I hope so

Boonboon there is nothing I need to apologise as I wasn't the one calling Farah a Cancer in our Club, if you can't use other words to describe how you feel about Farah (e.g sook, spoilt brat) that is not my problem.
Don't try and twist the argument when all you need to is admit that it was inappropriate calling Farah the Cancer within our Club.
For you to say that I was putting down your Charitable time to a good cause in the case of your brother in law is mind boggling as you know full well I made a $50.00 donation at the time.
But anyway your free to accuse me of whatever you want.

I will apologise if you mis understood the context or use of the word then I am sorry you got that impression. However using it the capacity I used it was appropriate and had as I said nothing at all to do with anyone having cancer.

I have nothing but Thanks for your donation but didn't see the need for you to bring it up in a totally different discussion about our captain just because I disagreed with you.

I am happy to leave it at that

That is disgusting calling our player Cancer when that is a word very close to Farah's Family .
I hope no one ever has to deal with such a thing with there love ones, it's such a deteriorating way of seeing someone go…....as a lot would know.

Bad form Boonboon , then you come on here asking for Donations for your Brother in Law which i gladly put $50.00 towards then you call Farah a Cancer , would have never thought that from you .

Come on- really?

Bad enough that Australia has gone all "Nanny State"- surely someone can say something on a message board without it being twisted into some kind of moral high ground.

He clearly didn't say it to denigrate cancer in any way.

I have 'ghost' in my screen name- am I making light of death? That's a pretty serious topic too I hear..

Yeah…and Im mocking mental illness

Totally agree CG
Cheapshot FT - pathetic really

No….Another one will pop up...or start to infiltrate other threads as it already has...I'm sure from this point forward discussion of the Farah issue will remain civil...

After 150+ pages of "discussion", there appears to be a single line on thinking that Cherrington is the future first choice hooker.

Has anyone considered Liddle? I have been impressed from what I have seen in the 20s. Gives great service, runs well, looks defensively sound and gets the team on the front foot.

I was wondering who has the brighter future. Is it Cherry or Liddle? If it is Liddle, does that not suit to have Robbie stick around for a period of time?

We seem to be of the opinion that position long term is Cherry's and I am not sure if that's the right way to go.

O.K lets get this straight…..i'm not for 1 second suggesting that you think it's funny people suffering from such illness , however i found your comment very odd to describe Farah as the Cancer in our Club with the things you are witnessing with your Brother in Law , that is the only reason why i brought that Topic back up .

Obviously you feel that Farah is that within our Club and your comfortable with that , so really not much more to say .
Do i have any regrets on my Donation for your brother in Law ? No and would do it again despite our differences of opinion.
I'm also happy to leave it at that Agree to disagree .

Have to agree with that.
One thing that no ones mentioned so far in this, is that after everything that has been done and said about himover the last couple of months, is that , if he stays which is the way it looks, he is going to have a hell of a point to prove, even if only to himself.
I think we may find a more determined Farah than ever , and considering that until his injury in origin he was still one of our best players, we may get the best out of him for at least one more season, provided that Taylor is prepared to use one of our best players.

Hug it out, guys…

Agree Gold Coast. This is where Pascoe can show us what he's made of and sort this out .His speech at the WT Grand FInal Lunch was less than inspiring. Let's hope he's a doer and we get the best out of both Farah and Taylor next season.

While Liddle is an excellent runner of the ball the rest of his game still needs a fair bit of work. Cherrington is just as good a runner, but has a superior passing game to Liddle (and Farah), has a decent kicking game (not as good as farah, much better than Liddle) and defensively Cherry's ok still a small guy who naturally needs to fill out some more.

Liddle needs to develop the rest of his game next season, but he's still quite young. I think he'll follow a Stuart Flanagan career progression. He'll also have the pressure of the nsw u18 hooker in nyc next season who also supposed to be very good. I think LIddle will move on at the end of next season.
