You mean against the Premiers - Of course they scored a bag of tries against us in that game as well.

Although I did like Benji's honest insight into the type of character Farah could be in his younger days. To be honest, it made me like Farah more. In some respects its poor leadership but I still think if we had more characters like Robbie over the year we would be better off not worse off. Rowdy is a better "Bloke" than Farah - That is my definite opinion.

Whether he has played 1 good game and Farah has played 200.

My point was some of our fans like players because they are good blokes and doesn't matter what they do on the field. Then you came right in and backed it up. So cheers….

The point is imo…. FARAH isn't a good Bloke compared to Rowdy.
 
I know it's another rumour but my brother works with a roosters under 20's player and apparently they had only offered 80k and wanted us to pay the rest. No wonder the NRL wouldn't let deals like this go through.

This "disrespect' shown to Farah… tell me about it? Got examples? When did anyone show him disrespect besides this "reserve grade" quote which to be honest, is something any coach can tell any player. p.s. Telling someone they can look around is not disrespect.

To give you a perfect parallel - Was Sandow disrespected when he was pushed to Reserves? Had nothing to do with his ability, but everything to do with the respect he showed the coach. Sound familiar?

I honestly think it's a pretty fair call from who ever said it if Robbie was unwilling to listen to the coach or tried to undermine him. The only difference is that Sandow came out in the media and said it, where as the tigers have been respectable to Robbie and not mentioned what he has done to cause these kind of comments. I can tell you, it would definitely not be nothing.

Let me say had Pascoe been in charge, a negotiated settlement would have resulted in a win win for both parties. Farah would no doubt have been treated with the utmost respect having regard to his service to the club and his standing as the NSW SOO hooker and club captain.

Being threatened with NSW Cup, the part time training squad, being left out of leadership meetings and the signing of Ballin would no doubt be viewed by Farah as disloyalty and a lack of respect. In addition, being told this very late in the season, in the latter stages of his career while under contract for 2 more years including a significant back loading could no doubt be viewed by many as a lack of respect. Especially so since the player is one of the best ever at WTs.

of course there has but also only 3 coaches in 13 years that is lot more accurate and fair minded description of the situation. So you have put spin in it, just as many here state Robbie is getting $900K for each of two years whereas the accurate description is $700K plus $200K backending per year.

Both accounts are misleading and so point to ulterior motives and/or contaminated arguments.

While I am at it as mentioned earlier, Mr Pascoe had to come to Sydney for AGM so did not return from holiday for meeting with Farah and Ayoub, if angry ant states both events were about the same time.

As far as I'm concerned Taylor is the coach..Farah is the player and I don't care how long he has been here...coach is the boss,irrespective of your opinion of him which we are all familiar with...if Robbie can't be told he is playing reserve grade if his form justifies it,then that's what has to happen...I couldn't careless what a club legend he has been..he has been paid big money for to long..."familiarity breeds contempt"..not a bad old saying...

Rotating Jake Granville and Rory Kosjacyn seemed to work for the Cowboys this year. Wonder if similar results could be achieved by doing likewise with Farah and Ballin.

Ha, JT says a lot of things but it doesn't mean they are correct. Perhaps what he actually said was lost in the translation. In any event, our new CEO is so taken with JT's off the cuff and scripted interviews that he has slapped a media ban on him. Imagine an NRL coach not having permission to speak to the media! Now that is just downright embarrassing and must be hard for the ego to take.
