You love our Clubs quote " will be treating Robbie Farah with the utmost respect " but you will be playing Reserve Grade if you stay 😱pen_mouth: .

Our Club is an embarressement and is run by Clueless gumpies .

No Management skills whatsoever right across the Board.

FT,I have communicated with you for quite awhile and I know how angry you are at the club at the moment, having said that, how about we give all and sundry at the club until the end of next season before we start belittling people that have put their hand up to try and make this club a much better place for fans and players…12 months isnt that long and if they dont start to show improvement in many of the problem areas ,then we can give it to them in uncertain terms if we wish..

As you and many others on here including myself know just what a rabble and basket case of a club the new board and Taylor were left with....it will take many strong decisions to sort out the mess, some we will not like but must be done if we are to be competative again....they do need the time and patients to achieve what has to be done...if not then lets shout from the highest rooftops how bad they are... :exclamation:

belittling who ?
My thoughts on Taylor is not a personal one….....it's just simply that i believe he hasn't got what it takes to take this Club forward and be successful , i don't believe his Coaching is at NRL level.
We have gone backwards under this guy, our Club is low on Morale , fans got no idea what's going on , players not knowing if there Contracts will be honoured . This is not a way to run a Football Club and you will see it with our Memberships next year , i know of 20 Wests Tigers Members that will not be renewing next year some from this Forum that i speak to .

Our Club is week to hold a media Conference in fear of the hard line questions they will be asked but yet Farah says it all after training this morning when he said " that he will be playing Reserve Grade if he hangs around next year " , does that fall under bullying and harrasement ?
No Contract get honoured anymore.

FT,when I said belittling..it was to your reference "Clueless gumpies" running our club..Taylor doesnt run the whole club..Go,Moss etc are all involved in the club…Go is a very savvy business woman and Moss has a very good recruiting background...

That little slip raises some questions.

Who are you?, you only joined today, a disgruntled player perhaps, Robbie or Moltzen....

Well spotted PrattenPark.

…..........look at your young guns.
look at who their families are. Who their families closest friends and associates are.
look at who their managers are.
look at which other players are managed by their managers.
very quickly you will start to gain an insight into the "type" of advise their managers will have given them.
in a professional environment, any manager worth his salt will be advising them of their options.
if you want to play in a winning team......
If you want to be playing well enough to be eligible (or even thought of) for or working towards representative roles
if you want to be playing in a team thats competitive
if you want to be playing in an environment where you can be coached, taught and build on your skills......
if you want to play in a team with players you can learn from......
If you want to play in a team where the coach is a leader ............
And that is also reflected and communicated by friends, family, managers and more importantly fellow league stars.

Ok, so it is your assumptions, not facts. Your statements led me to believe you had some inside insights, facts. I was actually interested that you might have some information of note. I can make my own assumptions.

notice in this thread, the very last 4 words..importantly fellow league stars…... :righton:

I am a longtime Farah admirer, but he should have done the gangplank thing last year after hIs disgraceful fence jumping episode at Cambo, whether or not he wants to play SOO, his contract is with WT, so if his focus is on SOO, he has shafted the people who signed him to his current lucrative deal at WT because injured or not his focus has not been on his contract until he was obviously brought to account by the board on Tuesday night

Just watched the interviews.

JTs was cringe worthy. Amateurish and he certainly did not look comfortable under the circumstances.

Robbie on the other hand spoke very well and honestly about the situation. My opinion go him has actually gone up a notch after watching him discuss the events at hand.

Hopefully the boys can rally for him this week.

I agree re Farah, he spoke well and was very measured.

How much respect he has, they asked him about other clubs, he said he won't start speculating about that whilst wearing a WT jersey and with 2 weeks still left.

Hey bobo, the poor decisions of the previous management are the ramifications we are going through now…blame Taylor all you like, someone has to clean up the mess....

yes i agree the club as a entity has made poor decisions in the past.
some of those you're still dealing with right now.
And yes, at some stage everything needs to fall back in line and or "be cleaned up" as you stated.
agree.
My point is this.
the Tigers as a club have had leadership issues for sometime.
Sacking potter was a blunder on massive proportions.
To then hire a new coach who not only implemented changes that have backfired but is also not looked up to by the player roster is an even bigger blunder by the club.

yes people will say "proof hearsay, rumors etc etc
but the proof is in the pudding.
As a coach - he is not respected .
There is NO senior rugby league player playing in the NRL competition that would put his hand up and say "i want to be coached by Jason taylor"

Dont be fooled to think this decision has been made by the board and this is to "clean up a mess" or even (ridiculously) try and say it will ease the salary cap pressure …..
This is the coaches decision.
And... copy this post or thread .... as it will all eventuate... If the tigers stick with Taylor - they will lose their young stars before they have any real success.
Speak to player managers if you can... the wheels are in motion.

Wow!!

You must be in the know. Let us see what you have stated as FACT.

1\. Sacking Potter was a major blunder.
2\. It is Taylor's decision to sack Farah, not the Board.
3\. We will lose our young stars.
4\. No senior player in the NRL wants to be coached by Taylor.
5\. Managers of players, I assume from our club, are lining up to pull their players out.
6\. As a coach he is not respected.

You also say that "the proof is in the pudding" Well, let's see your proof, or even your pudding. You my friend have no idea.

You do know that it was the previous administration that caused this mess?

You do know that Farah has been playing like a busted for quite some time now?

You do know that we have a HUGE salary cap problem caused by said previous admin? If the club is any chance of being competitive over the next couple of years, then hard decisions have to be made. Some of you might not like those decisions, but rational people will see that things have to change.

It would appear that the changes are just starting. Not before time either.

A lot of members want a clean out and a change now it is on some are still having a whinge.
It is a business stick with it i. For one will not run this great club down I am a tiger come what may

Any organisation as large as wests tigers will have conflict between individual players- whether player, official or coach.Conflict just happens.

Finishing with the wooden spoon isn't going to improve any situations within the club.

i dont think taylor is a good man manager and either needs to be supported in his role or punted.

losing robbie farah is a perfect example of taylors lack of man mananagement skills.

i think he is now on borrowed time.

If he's not performing he gets dropped. Fair enough. Hopefully that goes for the rest now. He;s not really performed all year so this is it. Dropped for next season bring the new guy in. Perfect decision - for once.

Does this mean that anyone who has been under performing is going to be sacked or made to play reserve grade, if so then I'll be delighted to see the real under performers in the earlier games next season.
some of us have been asking for that for most of the season,
Can we have a list of the players that are deemed to be Koalas again in 2016
And the worst performer in the club has been Taylor , so where's he off to in the new year, I'll gladly give him a lift if he wants
Farah is just a scapegoat for the boards ineptitude, and Taylor's incompetence
All this I'm sure will be noted by players who we want to recruit , and if they have any brains , they won't touch us with a barge pole

I hope it means underperforming players will be dropped. Particularly of there's a gun waiting for a spot.

…and the troll gets his ultimate desire, the thread derailed, off topic and about himself....

Don't know what his motives are, but he was sure aiming at the COACH this, the COACH that, COACH…..., COACH......, in possibly his first post that I read whilst having lunch.

mate, this is how he is ALL the time.
go back and watch the press box after games where he babbles on - contradicting himself non stop.
And thats really just scratching the surface of how he is.
In my opinion, hes not a professional coach.
he didnt take the roosters to the grand final.
He didnt implement the roosters style of play.
his role was to work with 2 players almost part time while a very very good coach set the plan and managed the team.
trent robinson, wayne bennet phil gould, these guys are good coaches.
These guys identify players, identify the skills they have and what they bring or can bring to a team.
They DONT say - stop playing how youve played all your life or the way thats earned you a first grade spot and play MY way.
its ridiculous.
Any professional athlete or coaching staff member will tell you - thats the opposite of how you coach a young team.
Theres young kids in the team that week in week out look at him "whinging" and think… "nothing you have said has worked and your blaming us" !!!!
Older guys in the team look at him thinking - "is this guy serious"

This is not about letting him sort a inherited mess, this is about his inability to coach, manage and inspire a first grade team.
Ask anyone who played under him at south what they really think of him.
Ask senior tigers legends what they have made of him thus far
Ask Wayne pearce if he would ever encourage his SON to play or even listen to anything Taylor has to say.
better still and again - ask any senior NRL player i they would want to be coached by him.
Tigers have made some aweful decisions in the past.
Hiring jason taylor is proving to be what could be the final blow.
sad to say it buts true.
