That's the thing now if it is that way…...it's become a personal thing , not what's in the best interest of the Club moving forward .

Oh Boy :brick:

it was always personal for farah. dont think farah's even a tad bit interested in negotiating elsewhere.

So Farah wants the team and the club to fail and he is sticking his nose up at the coach and daring him to put place him in reserve grade …well this is truely the type of guy you want at your club the true Farah is coming out for all to see ,this guy is one big NEGATIVE any wonder they want him gone !

It was always thought that a captain was chosen to put his team first not himself. No wonder he has lost the captaincy.

Hang on a minute, so we all taking this little piece of journalism as gospel? So many things get written, not just about this, all things sport, that simply are not true. So what makes this any better than other crap?

I'm not sticking up for Robbie, I've wanted him gone for years, but let's be real about it, a random news bit speculating with no quotes means nothing these days.

Robbie's dragging things on…

Dragons fans are getting excited about the prospect of Robbie Farah joining the club, believing it is a fait accompli.

But those close to the situation insist Farah is not contemplating a moving of clubs and is more determined than ever to stick it out at the Tigers.

One train of thought is he will complete the full pre-season and see whether Jason Taylor goes through with his threat of starting a State of Origin hooker in reserve grade.

The pressure on Taylor would be immense and he'd be lucky to survive if the Tigers were to get off to a poor start without Farah.
Intriguing to say the least.

Wait What a player holding a Coach to ransom....digging in to hope the WT fail .....Intriguing indeed...hmmmm

Whoa hold on - not having a go at you FT - but is there a direct quote from anyone in this piece of fluff story - or is it simply another page filler to satisfy someone's editor and justify his job. Please - judge Farah on his on field performances. Have not heard a word or a direct quote from him in weeks. At this point he is fulfilling his commitments like all the contracted players - until something concrete occurs time to give it a break.

Will be funny if JT gets sacked and the new coach doesn't want Farah either.

There is every chance this could happen.

Its a genuine possibility. Something that most who want him sacked over this whole thing probably haven't even considered.

I doubt Robbie playing or not playing will have much to do with JTs future if he gets off to a poor start.

But if Robbie 'IS' playing and we get off to a bad start, maybe Robbie is crap?

Round and round we go :deadhorse:

Talk about twisting words to suit yourself!
The story is about Farah wanting to stick with the club.
The journalist is the one suggesting Taylor will be under pressure if he doesn't pick him and the team doesn't perform.
Wake up - Farah didn't say anything.

Yeah I know what you mean - and if Ballin starts and Farah is in reggies does that mean that Ballin is crap? Or maybe if we start bad it just means that we have a really weak roster with or without Farah/ Ballin compared to other clubs and it is going to be a long season. But that doesnt suit the 'culture' of the Wests Tigers supporters because we like to lay blame on someone - so take your pick - there are plenty of contenders.

Rubbish article. What's he gonna do if taylor does pick him in reserves? Go to saints then? ??? It's s pretty stupid suggestion.

Bide his time till Taylor gets the sack apparently…

If find it funny that rumours of the playing Group hate Taylor are believed... lost the dressing room..... He has X amount of rounds before he's punted etc without one quote from any player...yet has been posted in numerous threads

But weidler and Rothfield. ….......

With Blair, Austin, Taupau etc having left the club, surely some of those could shed some light on the influence, good or bad, of Farah? Have they?
