Ennis has won most of his head to head contests with Farah and tonight was a knock out.
Robbie seems to be in career worst form.

@Chris said:Farah isn't playing well enough to warrant a NSW call up, but then again, either is Ennis but he still gets picked. Difference is Ennis is smarter and uses the media to his advantage where Robbie doesnt. I feel Robbie will never play SOO again.
@Swordy said:It was only 8 weeks ago that Robbie might have been gone for the season with a serious groin injury. My opinion was at the the time he should have had the job done, spent 6 weeks out and come back. Many of you seem to forget that he is playing with a pretty bad injury. It didn't just disappear you know.
On top of probably playing at 60% because of injury, he has to:
* Cover for Lui who is a serious liability. In other words, no half to run with him.
* He has to allow room and cover for Benji to go crazy and do some wacky things.
* He has general disharmony and other issues amongst some of his forwards not putting in together, on a regular basis because of ongoing contract problems such as Fifita, Gibbs, Fulton, and now Heighington.
* He is leading a team without Chris Lawrence, Lote, Todd Payten and others.
* He has another playmaker in Moltzen coming back from serious injury and lacking confidence in a big way.
…..and some of you want him to retire, or stop being selfish, or go play at his restaurant full time? One wanders what institution you escaped from.
And as for origin, whilst ever Ricky Stuart, Daley, Bozo, Andrew Johns and some others are around, some things will never change for NSW. Dally M best hooker points and runners up awards clearly mean nothing. Ennis is the 'nicest guy off the field' apparently, so the fact he can't play doesn't come into it. Ennis had a good game against the Tigers. Man of the Match, NSW Hooker or star....I think not. He never took control of the game like a good player should have.
@glebe_tiger said:dont know where people are getting the idea that farah has been poor for the past 18mths.
he was dally m hooker of the year last year and came second in overall standings for actual dally m so the poor form story thats been going on or ages is false.
ennis has how many mom performances? highly likely a lot less than farah.
at the end of the day its the battles against the people that count which prove the stats and robbie is a much better player against smith than ennis ever will be.

@angeman said:[good post. let's not bag out our captain when half the team is out and the forwards aren't laying the platform which hookers need…
