I'm still concerned about us defensively. There's been periods in most our games where we've not been able to stop the momentum of other teams and it feels like we're getting looser defensively as the season goes on. Melbourne will be a really big test for us, particularly Katoa on the edge and Wishart off the bench.

Our team has the ability and go forward to win this game , players all need to stand up and I think if May and Sam F and Pole go forward well then Twally just drives up the middle we can and will win this game .
Again drive the ball down their end and get up on them quick , turn them around all game .
Steph needs to be put on his arse every time he gets the ball , he won’t pass he will come at us so simple game plan smash him and don’t let him offload , there small men need to be put down quick as if they get a roll on they are fast across the park , again defence will win this game .
API , Galvin , Luai , quick darts now and then ,
Play them up the middle .
Any penalty while we are leading or close score take the 2
Field goal may come into this game , again get to the centre or the side the kicker likes but we need 2 kickers one on each side and switch it back for a field goal .

Instead of the predictable high kick maybe find the grass to stifle some momentum from their back 3. Slightly negative but practical.

I've often had the same thought. It's an effective way of penetrating the first line of a solid defence.

Id be tactical and looking to find touch every set that we are kicking out of our own half - take away the kick return option from all 3.
