To be fair, Luke played pretty well tonight. He ran 210m tackled well and his FG to put us in front was great thinking. His playmaking was severely lacking though.

If he could ice just 1 or 10 of all those 20m attacking opportunities he has during the game we would never get to the heart stopping heart attacks levels ALL tigers games get to. Would be nice to have a playmaker that could just take the opportunities presented on a platter and ya know, do their job. Would be nice.

Bullshit - he was on the ground and momentum had Ice slide into the player - you cannot accept that that was illegal Every angle camera could see that. Just like every dropped ball that went backward was called against us cos we burned our challenge early. That gives the ref every advantage to turn the game. Corrupt.

I like the option of Bateman to lock and Pole to bench. You could play Kepoa on an edge then. Not sure why Blore is out of favour but I’d prefer him to be on the bench for some impact. Matamua as well

We were screwed from our first challenge which they buggered up.
I am aware we did zilch withe the ball in attacking positions in the first half … thanks to our glorious halves.

Calling that early strip challenge meant that we were Gonski for the rest of the game when it came to questioning decisions. There were plenty of contentious knock-on decisions that went against us. The Ice incident which was not a tackle but simply momentum following through a charge-down attempt shows why this system is corrupt. The refs know they don't have to worry about their decisions once a team burns it's challenge. Every 50 -50 decision will go against the side without a challenge,
