Calling that early strip challenge meant that we were Gonski for the rest of the game when it came to questioning decisions. There were plenty of contentious knock-on decisions that went against us. The Ice incident which was not a tackle but simply momentum following through a charge-down attempt shows why this system is corrupt. The refs know they don't have to worry about their decisions once a team burns it's challenge. Every 50 -50 decision will go against the side without a challenge,

The game was decided by the officiating. The decisions against our team tonight weren’t as glaring as the final call in Townsville last year - but they were more egregious and many more. Sutton and his crew decided every moment, ruck domination was farcical. I love my team, have no trust in the nrl to run a fair game or a fair comp. Think the club should boycott Thursday night, let the nrl explain to the broadcasters why they nothing to air that night

They certainly contributed, especially the pushing over of Brooks in their second try, and good to hear Sheens bringing it up in the presser. Terrible from all officials involved in not intervening on that decision.

Stefano was poor. It was like he wasn’t trying. Was he exhausted from Origin camp? He was the only player I was disappointed with.

Keep in mind he’s on a massively back-ended contract. I’m not debating his actual worth but the contract is a bit overs rather than massively so IMO.
