LIVE GAME Round 15 v Titans

Live Game Discussion
It was sad to see Luai do that alot of us have stuck by him so to see him giving it to our fans was really sad to be honest. Sad that our fans have made him feel that way and sad that the positive fans see that aimed at them
Sure it was directed at the fans and not at the media. If he directed it at the fans its pretty poor form.

Does anyone else worry that the MRC might charge Pat Herbert for his "fend" that left a Titan on the ground grabbing his throat? I really hope not!!

I'm surprised the Ref didn't refer it "upstairs" but I don't believe it was intentional and first contact was across the chest & the ball....however.....I didn't think Api did a "hip drop" yet that got him a 3 week holiday.
Think Sayfarth is in alot more trouble for his hip drop at the end. The one where the Titans player got injured and lost the ball and we marched down field to score our last try.

I reckon you are wrong on both calls there.
Api definitely deserved suspension and I also think Herbert intentionally raised his arm into the head region of that defender.

It wasn’t a pretty win but it was a win so I am happy with that. Luai had a great game and it was good to finally be able to say that. I cannot believe I am saying it but Seyfarth was great for us and I didn’t even cast doubt on his intelligence or parentage all game. That try saving tackle was brilliant and the penalty was soft. I think young Lanyon had a good debut and looks to be the backup we need for Api.

Hard at the game to judge but gee it looked like Seyfarth was enormous. Can't work this guy out ay.
He looks bigger than he has been in recent times, even on the Television.

You don't get to see it as much when he defends but with ball in hand breaking tackles he makes some of his opposites look small.

He'd be what I'd call a "middle weight" forward. Not really traditional prop size, not a smaller Paul Gallen or Ben Galea type of player.

Happy we got the win.

Sucks we can't put a score and win comfortably against a side like the Titans at home.

Seyfarth's hip dropped looked terrible and I'd be livid if I was on the other side, as it was very obvious live.

I was talking to a mate I've mine I haven't spoken to in over 20 years.

He was a Roosters fan & brought up the Wests v Easts game we went to at the then Sydney Sports Ground. We couldn't work out which year it was but Ian Shubert was still playing.......but for the Magpies.
If memory serves me correct Easts came from behind to win.

He is now (as I found out today) a Dolphins fan (He moved to Carindale QLD) he rang me to rile me up after the Titans put 24 unanswered points & predicted they'd put 40 on the Tigers (thankfully he was wrong). He is also predicting the Dolphins will beat the Tigers by 50+

So I just hope the Tigers at least put in a courageous effort & not let the likes of Katoa, Marshall-King, the Hammer, Bostock & Farnsworth tear them apart.
A ten point loss (at the moment with the cattle available at this stage) I could live with though I hope that Benji can draw on players returning from injury, especially Doueihi.
