At the moment with Covid restrictions in place 50% capacity is only allowed at sporting events.
With Leichhardt supposedly sold out that mean 10K will miss out with what's happening with the covid situation it would appear this is likely not to change.
MR PASCOE get on the front foot Stadium Australia has no games scheduled this weekend
transfer the game NOW you'll probably get another 10k through the gate this will solve all the problems because if you don't move the game you're going to have 10k league fans peer off

It was already reduce capacity at Leichhardt due to the hill. If they didn’t change it then they are not changing it now. No extra tickets will be sold

See you all there

They have to do what the government tells them or face a fine PVL will not step on anyone's toes nor should he.

What I’m saying is they will not change the ground and I don’t believe they should now. If at the start of the season they had scheduled the games elsewhere no problems.

So what about the Bankwest members being screwed to play Parr at Anz for more money ..if they do not move this game there is defiantly discrimination against certain members ...we are all members not them and us !

How much notice was given for that wasn’t it during the preseason?

Personally I don’t care where we play and will attend when I can. The only bonus for Leichhardt for me is that I have mates who only go to games there.

However changing grounds how would actually cost the club money because they’d have to refund everyone with a ticket, pay hire fees/a penalty for Leichhardt, pay for new ground rental, somehow sell out the new ground in the middle of a pandemic spike in Sydney

Other games have been moved this year. But it would be all too much for our club to organise.

The warriors and storm moved games because they had to. I can’t recall any games being moved at short notice to the same metropolitan area. Happy to be proven wrong.

Roosters moved their next game.

From Sydney to Newcastle. People are asking for this game to be moved across town to accommodate their needs

Moving a game is moving a game. But the club that doesn't accept mediocracy is happy to play at a ground thats gonna be limited to about 7k. I suppose they can blame covid then. There always an excuse

Capacity looks to be about 7k. We playing shute shield now?

Can we chant Benjis a wanker?

See how the media loves that haha

That would be a massive mistake. Still don't get all the hyping of media rumour around what Benji did or didn't do, but the best way to tarnish the reputation of the club to future players is to boo a club legend. I get that people are bitter about Benji, but I think too many of you are suckers to media speculation and need to focus more on the many years he played for us (whether you rate his play or not).

at least it shoukd lock out most of the souths fans and basically be a season ticket only event.
if we move to ANZ in the future we have no problem with crowd reduction and capacity

Not great situation for the Fans and the business.

I guess its the New World we live in nowadays.

I was hoping for a strong showing from the team that was embarrassed by melb.

Have people forgotten that Leichhardt has been at 50% capacity all year? That’s why the crowd attendance is 9,000 at the games and it’s “allocation exhausted” not “sold out”

No to get a crowd 50% at Stadium Australia is far better than LO COVID OR NO COVID

More the reason it should have been transferred

Here we go again

To adhere with strict government restrictions announced earlier on Friday, a reduced ticket allocation for next Friday's Battle of the West at BlueBet Stadium will be made exclusively available to 2021 Panthers members via a redemption process.

Unfortunately all tickets previously purchased for the game via Ticketek have had to be cancelled, in order for the venue to adhere to the new regulations. All affected customers will receive full refunds from Ticketek in the coming week. Those customers will receive communication directly from Ticketek with more information about their refund.

Due to the heavily reduced capacity at BlueBet Stadium in accordance with the recently-announced government regulations, 2021 Panthers members will be given exclusive access to redeem the available tickets via Ticketek. The process remains the same as that which was used during the 2020 NRL season.

Please note 2021 Panthers membership cards will NOT be valid for entry to next Friday's fixture.

All full season ticketed members will be assigned a ticket redemption code, which will be contained in an email being sent to primary account holders and/or via SMS on the afternoon of Monday 28 June. Each code can be used to redeem one ticket.

To ensure you are seated with family and friends, please enter all applicable codes on separate lines in one transaction on the Ticketek website (see graphic below). If you don't enter all codes in one transaction, it is likely you will be seated separately.

All tickets to refunded and we will know if we can go to the game next Sunday when contacted by the club

Wests Tigers have announced event changes to the club’s Round 16 fixture at Leichhardt Oval due to the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19.

To adhere with the NSW Government restrictions announced this week, the Round 16 fixture will be played in front of a reduced capacity crowd — with Wests Tigers to provide further information next week surrounding access to the match.

Due to current changes to venue capacities, the club will be providing a full refund to all current ticket purchasers for the fixture against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Leichhardt Oval.

Wests Tigers Members with Leichhardt Oval Access will be provided with further information on access to the Round 16 clash.

The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg fixtures against the Rabbitohs — which were scheduled to be played as curtain-raisers to the NRL clash — will be rescheduled and further information will be provided in the coming days.

Wests Tigers intend for the fixture to remain at Leichhardt Oval; however, the situation will continue to be monitored with advice from the NRL’s biosecurity and health experts.

Wests Tigers understand that these changes to the schedule may impact Members and fans, however, hope the community will understand that the public health and safety surrounding COVID-19 must always take priority.

If you have any further questions, please contact Wests Tigers Membership via membership@weststigers.com.au.

What happens to my tickets?
All purchasers of tickets will receive a full refund and do not need to take any further action. Those customers will receive communication directly from Ticketek with more information about their refund.

Patrons who purchased tickets in an Agency using cash or EFTPOS will receive a full refund to a bank account. Please provide Ticketek with your bank accounts details here.

I am guessing ticketed members access at Leichardt spread out, then GA members and a small portion of souths members allowed

I would think it will be the same process as last year.

Why Souths members?

Tigers members will have first chance to claim their tickets and anything less will be sold to general public.

In reality this will be played to no crowds

I thought last year the home team reserved some seats for opposition members
