Watching channel 9, as I couldn't see the Foxtel remote and just saw Damien Cook interviewed. Seems like the FIFO setup will work well when playing at the top stadiums that have a plethora of suitable facilities. Plus I suppose they would be able to use a hotel of choice nearby other grounds for a few hours prior to those at lesser venues as they are basically ghost towns (buildings).

I understand that, but they have been told not to do it. I just heard Damien Cook saying they've been instructed not to shake hands. They could have played the entire game with an infected player and not been anywhere near them - only to shake hands with them at the end.

If the refs are saying it it's clear the NRL have passed down a directive. They shouldn't be ignoring it.
