Anyone else think that with the very average Seyfarth being the only one promoted after last week's dreadful performance, that the club is already prioritising success in the NSW Cup competition after they won big?

And then Sheens goes on about "we have him for 4 years, I don't care about four weeks"...yet we might end up 0 and 4 and blow his first year before it starts.

Year four he will be 33 and watching most games from the stands anyway....use him now.

Let's give them a chance over a few rounds before we blow our tops lads.
Api starting will make a huge difference, as will cutting out the errors.
I want to see improvement in our structure inside the opposition 40m. If we can improve this we would have blown the Titans out of the park. Needless to say if this doesn't improve then Brooks will be doing a few farewell games later in the year imo.
 
100% as expected less Seyfarth in for Pole. If we complete at 80% we will win this. Make schoolboy errors and we will lose. Knights have some firepower for sure but we have the ability to match them. I trust that AD and TT will be facing block play after block play this week in Defence and it will been raining bombs on the back three.

If Daino isn't doing extras under the high ball - punt him now.
 
That bench does look a bit weak but it won't be the difference.

As mentioned before we need to improve our ball control, capitalising on our pressure, defending their kicks and edge defence.
 
See if im right but putting my Sheens hat on looks like Tuki to play this week. Kepoa to centre, Tuki to bench, Talau late withdrawal.
 
Pole injured knee .. a few weeks out
Talau .. cant really see him lining up this weekend
Bateman .. did we sign Bateman or Batman .. do we need to shine a light into the night sky to find him .. ??
Seyfarth .. weakens our squad straight away .. no no no .. !! Would rather Matamua on the bench.

If Talau out .. expect Kepaoa to the centres
Expect rumors to start flying around the NRL 360 table tonight about Bateman .. !!

We have a bunch of outside backs that are close to being good players but they aren't.

Talau however has the highest ceiling of all of our top 30 centres.

But you can't have him and Twal in the same side. They are essentially the same player and neither bends the line / neither is an attacking threat / both are slow, low skilled, tacklers. You do not need two on the bench.

Asiati James should be on the bench...big and bends the line.

But somehow we have not upgraded him.

Can’t see talau or blore playing , maybe this my push sheens hand to play Bateman . Batemans not be included tells me he’s injured there’s no other reason , he will have been here for just over two weeks , and to be honest what plays does he have to learn , drop the ball on tackle 4 , miss a tackle close to the line , because I didn’t see any other plays he would need to learn 🤔
