I think she’s part of the high performance team. I’ve seen her operate the drone at training and examine data on the laptop. Also works on the stats with Simon Dwyer I think. That’s a good question, who is that young lady who is in the box with the coaches and what does she do ? I am in no way suggesting she is the wrestling coach 😂
someone has also been asking. What does Robbie doI think she’s part of the high performance team. I’ve seen her operate the drone at training and examine data on the laptop. Also works on the stats with Simon Dwyer I think.
Just to put some context around our NRL last 20 min capitulation, woeful performance from NSW Cup & Jersey Flegg loss.
NRL, average age of our 17 on Saturday was 23. Arguably 4 of our worst performers/leaders were aged 30, 31, 33 & 26 - Bateman, Klemmer, Sezer & Doueihi. Disgraceful!
NSW Cup, average age of our 17 yesterday was 22. IMO Our worst performer was Reuben Porter aged 27, whilst 1st year player Alaimalo is 28.
Jersey Flegg, lost by a try against a top 6 team. We had 13 players in NRL & NSW Cup who are eligible for Flegg this year.
Yep we don't have near enough good players aged 25+ in either NRL or Cup especially with leadership qualities.Excellent summation BWG,puts it all in perspective

It’s starting to appear he is going to be under paid next year.just something else they will be relying on JL for next year …
That’s why it worries me that people think all our problems vanish when Luai gets here next year.Just to put some context around our NRL last 20 min capitulation, woeful performance from NSW Cup & Jersey Flegg loss.

Yep but first things first, we have to shed players to create space in the 30.That’s why it worries me that people think all our problems vanish when Luai gets here next year.
Our depth is shallow.
Yes the headache is moving people on more than attracting talent.Yep but first things first, we have to shed players to create space in the 30.
1 if Stef goes, 2 if we have pay out Tumeth & then whether suitors can be found for Sullivan, Naden, Klemmer & Bateman that doesn’t cost us detrimentally.
Realistically, I reckon the likely scenario given current vibe & form is ...Yes the headache is moving people on more than attracting talent.
Its a good start, but Id dig in even deeper...Realistically, I reckon the likely scenario given current vibe & form is ...
2025 - Out goes Stef, Tumeth, 1 of Sezer or Sullivan & Bateman.
It would be poor roster management to retain both Sullivan & Sezer. Whilst Sezer would be the favoured one to lead our NSW Cup team around the park, I don't think we'll be able to find a club to pay enough of Sullivan's freight to make it viable.
We'd probably try to offload both Klemmer & Bateman but, again, I think we'd find clubs to pay a larger % of Bateman's contract than Klemmer's. So we'd be better to suck up a $150-$200k loss on Bateman.
2026 - Out goes Naden, Klemmer & any other non-performers off contract.
Knowing that we wouldn't retain these 2 gives us a chance to go hard on 1 Nov for 1-2 players to recruit for '26.
Thought he went ok v Souths. At least he had a dip, if he had players inside him like Johnston does scoring tries would be a doddle.Stains is useless lol, dunno how he gets big wraps
Someone should buy dhouehi a mirror so he can see how crap he really is. He really does overvalue himselfDoueihi loves the light,he's a future captain so he say;s
Ref did a poor job.
So many ignored 6 against and penalties.
I know he's a rookie but he really displayed that yesterday.
Honestly felt he helped out South's so much.
Cracker day out though.
Like that stadium.
I hear ya but optics is important here I reckon. Its a good start, but Id dig in even deeper...
Will Feledy make it? Is he worth something on the open market?
Alaimalo showed something. Can we sell him?
What about Matamua? Surely we can talk him up and get some coin?
Nice stadium bra.Cool u went to the game not far from yours 2 gosford
hey, its a pretty good stadium too. All inconsequential
now, but you can see it on TV how quick they were
rushing. Couldn't buy a penalty off the ref all damn
day — think the first one was in the 54th minute or
something, one he had to blow for an accidental
offside or some bullshit. 1 thing i noticed that ended
Up changing the momentum of the game was when
Galvin fielded the grubber in our ingoal basically
and was tackled a few cm's out from the line when
Cody Walker comes in as second man and dislodges
the ball, they scored off the next set and then again
shortly after. The wheels were already coming off
at that point. Lapses in concentration shouldn't be
acceptable, same goes for things like linespeed and
sticking your tackle/not allowing offloads etc smh
I hear ya but optics is important here I reckon.
What message does it send our other young players if we shed a 20yo Feledy & 21yo 'advertisement for our pathways' Matamua without giving them more development?
They are only contracted another year so if they don't take a decent leap forward next year then yes, let them go.
