He’s lost his last 5 games, some of them against dogshit opposition, and others quite heavily.
We’ve scored 4 tries in his last 4 games - games that were mostly there to be won!!

He was happy to hide behind our last 7 while he got roasted for the results - Adams got a better team and now he’s accountable and in no position to argue.

Better 7’s have been dropped for better performances than Adam has been putting in, if he’s not at the Tigers - he’s a bench utility somewhere.

I said weeks ago, put him in the back row and be down with it - he’s a backrower (that hates tackling)
If he can’t learn to tackle, put him in ressies until he does - or send him to the bears to play behind the likes of Toby Sexton.

Too big and slow for halves, heavy feet for centre, can’t do the work at fullback, too soft for lock - what’s the answer Adam?

The last bloke that left because he thought he was the best 7 at this club finished last year in reserve grade at Lock and now is back playing overseas…

I don’t disagree. No doubt he’s definitely been down on form since he came back and he definitely isn’t in my halves going forward as he can’t run a team and is allergic to passing. I’d have moved him to start at lock and move Twal to prop, and if he doesn’t want to do that, he can play in the halves in KOE.

On a side note, this is another example of Benji poor team selections. He had every opportunity to play either Javon or Latu in the halves while Adam was out yet he opted for Madden, in full knowledge that Luai was leaving for PNG in 28 and possibly in 27 at the time. Yet now, he wants Adam to make way who despite his clear flaws, has been the better half out of him and Luai.
 
There’s plenty of players to go before stuffing around with Dooey, Jesus Christ. At least we have a few excitement machines out wide and plenty of grunt in the forwards for young Javon! I love Benji but he’s lost it here

The team is built around luai . There is so much politics around this that benching luai would cause so much friction it’s not worth it . AD was , and rightfully should be , considered a club stalwart . You do not build around them no matter the form . It is what it is.

It’s really exposed the fact he has no one around him. Experienced assistants to guide him. Leave him to his own devices and this is what happens.
 
Probably best not to buy into that headline 100%.

Poor from Doueihi even if it is a little dummy spit. Puts even more pressure on Andrew. Not how leaders do it Adam.

Edit: confirmed by CEO. Pack him off to Perth, Saints or wherever.
 
Does anyone know where benji wanted douhei to play?

If it was centre, I somewhat understand his problem with it. If it were a ball playing rock, I am really disappointed
 
Has this sort of crap of players having a dummy spit and not wanting to play because they can't play in their preferred position happened at other clubs ?

I agree mate . I have no idea, but conspiracy Lestronge wonders if the reason we mucked around with Latu at 13 was because he was the lesser of 2 evils and Benji didn’t want to deal with AD losing his shit .
Seriously I honestly reckon only the bears would offer AD a starting halves role in the nrl.
It sux it for him . But Father Time is undefeated . And if he bought into this change , I genuinely think he could be better than almost any other lock in the game not named cam Murray . And that includes Yeo , and Carrigan . Thats how much I rate AD.
A powerful running AD cutting back in behind a tired ruck , standing in his tackle and putting Bula away . That could be a guaranteed highlight if he wanted it. I dunno how you convince him though .
Because it’s framed as if you don’t give him the 6 or 7 you’re betraying him. When in actuality it’s far from the truth

With the injuries, the lack of 7’s (of which AD is not), and the yearly mid season signing of one of our best players to another club, I reckon not far from where we are Jolls.

Maybe, but then again Latu would have been playing 7 and we may have been humming right along less the injury speed hump. This last month has been putrid in attack and Latu gave us a glimpse of what could have been in his cameo before the sin bin.

How do you demote him for a player who has not played any better than him over the past 18months or o in recent weeks and has thrown the club into chaos by promising the world and delivering nothing?
Luai is not a halfback, he has shown he is not a halfback time and time again and although Doueihi is not a halfback either, he does a far better job of it than what Luai does.
