Round 24 SPOILERS**

Refs still loving Melbourne. Head high tackle that forces the player off the field and no penalty - when it could have evened the score. Every other head high, even accidental, earns a penalty.

What a joke, the bottom teams always get gipped.

Refs are bought

Napa should be wiped out - no way that's an accident. Send off offence.
You can tell Gus is a rooster at heart - trying to defend him - makes me sick.

He’s a grub
Should be sent off

There was malice and intent in that hit

That’s a fair result. It was careless - he’s hit him in the head when going for a big hit.

I disagree - he went in leading with his head for the second time this year. Broke one guy's jaw earlier and I'd be surprised if it isn't another broken jaw tonight. He is deliberately leading with his head - no doubt about it - and no amount of defence from Gus will change his intent.

Absolutely gutless.

They turned a blind eye to Myles doing it for years. It's obviously intentional.

I think Gus has gone over the top in his defence of the hit. However I think that Napa went in for a big hit and got himself in a bad position. In saying that I wouldn’t have been overly surprised if it was a send off.

Season is officially over folks. The Donkeys are actually playing well tonight, they won't be beaten and even if they are it certainly won't be by 40!

I've never understood this "leading with the head business" you lead with your head in every front on tackle you make.

Just watch replays of Nate Myles in SOO if you dont understand it.

Once again I have to disagree. We see thousands of tackles every week which don't lead with the head despite being front on. Most people would be leading with the front shoulder or grabbing with their arms. In fact most people deliberately pull their head back to avoid a head clash.

I'm sure players don't train by running into tackling dummies head first - with the possible exception of Napa.

That tackle should have been on Napas right shoulder with his head going to the side of McCulloch. He decided to line up his left shoulder putting his head in line with McCulloch. Its intentional in my opinion.
