Say what you want about Benji as a coach on the technical side of things but he has gone about adjusting the attitude of the team really well

Had a shocker start against the Dogs also. Maybe that’s our new MO for winning games lol.

Great to get the win. Pretty clunky in the attacking red zone. We just need to run harder as per Tiny’s try.

Looks like Star will be out for a while. I wonder if Maki will get a chance next week at the 8th. I’m looking forward to it 🐯💪

Benji pretty much panned that idea in the presser. Speaking of which I absolutely loved how Luai spoke. That they talked during the week how important it is to get excited about finishing the season with some energy. Do it for the fans. He just gets it.

I think him actually leaving will end up being the greatest gift of all.

Can you imagine pinning our flag on him for 1.2m a year? That would have completely ruined the roster going forward. Talk about blessings in disguise.

Hard to disagree with that. Sione's improvement has been a highlight of our season. Sammy starting to get back into form and looked much better today.

Sam had a strong case of second year syndrome over the first half of the year. He’s turned the corner the last 6-8 weeks.

The team is playing like a team. It is great to see a player like Sione Fainu emerge as a genuine NRL talent. Well done to all the players and to Marshall who has the players motivated.

Stoked to get the Dub and rise up the ladder away from that damn spoon.....
However, they looked flat, walking onto the ball was really frustrating in attack... get deep and smash the line guys, RL 101. Dropped bombs and passes... Ugly as your Grandpas toenails....
Also left about 4 tries out there, which means we lap them like we should have.
Defensive effort cant fault that, solid.
Some work needed before the Cow pokes roll into town.

Smart footy player. I noticed when a ball hit the deck on tackle 5 near the touch line he let the Manly play dive on it rather than risking a 6 more. Little decisions that good players don’t have to think about.

I’d be surprised if a few clubs aren’t throwing offers at Taylan soon. I think he’s odds on to stay, but clubs would definitely be gaining interest.

I'm loving Sam Finau's attitude recently, he looks scary for a young guy, he seems like he's not going to take sh*t from anyone.

And his brother looks like he has some hidden strength about him.

Also Turuva, gotta love him, all heart.

Incredible comeback for Adam from 3 ACL injuries in his career this year. He is one of those players who never gives up, always gives his best. Great to have him re-signed for 2 more years!! Terrific game again today !

Good team win today with all the boys trying hard and putting in. Our D was generally good but a better side would have tested us. Manly were woeful. We still are not pushing up in D and our kicking game albeit improved today was not good enough.
Attack is clunky mostly and often directionless. Api, AD and Luai need to work on managing this better. Also more support play pushing up with the ball carrier.
