That was a win for all the fans, after watching so much rubbish football, they finally delivered a gutsy win for us. Enjoy that winning feeling everyone, it’s not a grand final but it felt like one for us. It’s always nice to rain on the rooster’s parade.

Great effort throughout by Jock Madden, in his first game back from injury. He really improved our attack and defence.

Dear Footy Gods,
We are writing to you in absolute shock, awe, and complete submission.
First of all, thank you. We do not know what we did to earn your favor this week, but seeing the Wests Tigers pull off a massive upset against the Roosters was nothing short of a miracle. Our hearts are still recovering.
For years, we have been the butt of every joke. We have collected wooden spoons like they are rare Pokémon. But today, you looked down on Allianz and decided to give us a glimpse of heaven.
We especially want to thank you for helping us silence the ultimate doubters. Gus Gould and Paul Gallen have been death riding us for what feels like an eternity. Every week, they line up to tell the world how hopeless we are. Gus probably had a 20-minute monologue prepared about our structural failures, and Gal was likely ready to write us off before kickoff.
Instead, we went out there and showed them exactly what this jersey is capable of. The look on the faces of the experts when the final siren blew was worth more than two competition points. We proved that even the most written-off team can bite back.
Please do not let this be a one-hit wonder. We promise to keep turning up, buying the meat pies, and screaming until our voices go. Just please, keep Gus and Gal quiet for at least one more week.

To calm the nerves & nail that field goal after having had a tough afternoon with goal kicking, that was pressure & he handled it with class & got us the win. Well done

He is getting an excellent football education under difficult circumstances. I enjoyed Madden's chip into the Rooster's corner and it was Madden and Sukkar who chased hard to pin the winger down. When you are tired, it is easy not to do the little plays but he did.

Please no complainers that was an amazing win full of grit and determination. Holding one of the best attacks out for 3 sets in a row is un Tigers like.
Great to get the win especially maybe denying the chooks a.minor prem.... even though it means little now the seasons over...still when i think wheres this been for the last few months it really pees me.off

Benji chose the wrong kid to play centre this year. Solo is a far better prospect than Makisini at this stage

It was a good win, despite at times leaky defence and too many penalties.
Api Koroisau stood tall. His best game of the season. Smart DH work, a million tackles, a try, a 40/20.
All the forwards went well, especially considering the loss of Twal in the first minute. Especially Sam Fainu, but May, Pole and Seyfarth all played well. May's late intercept laid the way for the field goal.
Herbert and Sukkar, their best games for the club.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Luai. I've not been a critic, but this is surely one of Luai’s worst games. Missed tackles, penalties conceded, nothing in attack.
The win was despite his shocker of a game. He's not even trying.
I haven't called for him to be dropped, but he deserves it. Benji should have a chat to him about stepping down for the last 2 games.
