Numbers 1 and 5 are the key...we give away a lot of soft penalties...just dumb stuffThank god tuck that you only noticed "few things".

He sometimes misses wrapping his arms in these low tackles aimed at the legs. Done it a few times this year and been penalised for at least half of them. There was nothing wrong with Latu’s tackle for mine , but yeah def ill disciplined for sure
The turning point for us was when Pole bounced it over the line. That would have been 18-16 and pressure on.
Despite all the errors, penalties and bad end of sets, we were in it for most of the game. Good signs if we can remain consistent.
The off season always produces a bit of movement, so we might be able to add some quality there.I actually thought their defence was season best today against a quality team that had plenty of ball….
Get a couple of middles and they will be Top 8 next year
pacific nations - how many do we have not being there next preseason ,The off season always produces a bit of movement, so we might be able to add some quality there.
Side note...Samoa is stacked...should they be classed as 2nd tier anymore? Surely not.
Tapine is a grub every week. Just as much as Crichton is for Bulldogs. But when they play for your team, people defend themHe was cranky about how the ruck was policed and especially the cannonball type tackles that Latu and Api performed.
He is right. I thought we were especially grubby and ill disciplined in the ruck today.
Tonga too. Katoa + Latu in the halves with Hopoate at fullback is a hell of a spine. The off season always produces a bit of movement, so we might be able to add some quality there.

Between Tonga and Samoa quite a fewpacific nations - how many do we have not being there next preseason ,
Well this is an interesting one.Tonga too. Katoa + Latu in the halves with Hopoate at fullback is a hell of a spine.
Imo the whole international/origin eligibility needs a refresh. Current rules in place reflect where the game was in the 90s.
I’d let people play for whatever country they’re eligible for without it impacting origin. Origin eligibility stays the same. Would also tighten up the swapping of nations. Potentially a rule you can only swap once, or need to commit to a country for a whole World Cup cycle?

I was at the ground , the wind seemed to swirl around , there wasn't a particular dominant direction. Not sure too many could catch that ball. It’s blowing its ass off down there. I thought Hudson knocked on on the lead up which is pretty shit
