He won’t lose speed by putting on 5kg of muscle. He’ll probably get faster over the first 30m

Can't remember if i already mentioned but talyn plans to put on extra 5kgs in the off season. Mindful that he doesn't want to loose speed and will drop the weight again if he looses speed. Expects more game time next year.

We are in trouble in any case if Api is out more than a few weeks,,.,He is the key player in the team,,.. do you think Simpkin is a huge upgrade from the kid In any event ? Some of these kids have got huge wraps on them… they are going to need to test that in 2024..

That would at least give us a chance to dodge the spoon. \\\
