( interesting that when Liddle went off and Mbye on the commentators said it was planned and not for the head knock. It means after round 1 against CBR madge doesn’t think Liddle can do 80.

Also can does Mbye have a kicking game? When he played at the doggies on the halves? Dispute what everyone is going on about Brooks, I really like what he can do. But he is a creative / running a 5/8. He would work well with a Reynolds or Cleary in the halves.

If Brooks is to stay in the team - i would swap Douehi to 7 and Brooks to 6.

We need someone in 7 who is a confident leader that bosses this team around the park.

Everyone knows Douehi is the boss out of the two.

What difference does the number on their back make, someone just needs to take control and I don't see anyone other than Doueihi being the one whatever the number is on his back.

It better happen sometime soon because we are going to cop a hell of a load of Benji crap from the media pretty soon if someone doesn't strike a spark and get some fire into our attack.

Our defense, well that's another story.

Depends on how much you subsidise. If we paid 500k someone would take him. The Broncos need a fullback. I know I'm being ridiculous in what I'm asking but it is clear the club under Maguire do not have a position for him. It isn't centre. They need to find one, even if it is reserve grade or as a replacement for Brooks.

Completely agree with Talau and having both him and mybe take the left side. Jtj goes back to his right center. Only other change is musgrove for chee kam. Which leaves us one spot! I wonder if Madge decides to debut either of the Simpkin/s after seeing the roosters play some youngsters. Liddle played better today but not sure if that had anything to do with him getting a break. I guess that’s most likely the defining factor.

I think this is our best team! Ideally would like to give Simpkin more time in reserves because he’s young and inexperienced but he deserves a debut on form and we have no one better as unfortunately I think liddles not ready for a full 80mins. The knights have a big pack which will run hard at him next week. Simpkins pace and attacking nature might work wonders late in the game.
