LIVE GAME Round 4 v Warriors

Live Game Discussion
People having a go at Luai and Galvin, how about looking at the other players first? Luai put a good kick in then Faataape booted it into the stands. Galvin put that chip over the top and Turuva and Toa messed it up. It's not their job to tell Starford Toa to stop having a nap when the game is on the line. He's playing first grade, he should be better.

Toa … he is hopeless isn’t he ? I’d be happy to see the back of him

Were down several players and have heaps to spend....
Missing at least one big middle(Klemmer) and a strike centre needs fixing
All our centres are injury prone
Were gonna burn out by mid season wihout reinforcements

Crazy that the warriors pack was rated as the 9th best coming into this season. It’s top 3 imo. Just missing a decent 7

We struggled with powerful players built like trucks that are fast. Halesima, Erin Clark caused us trouble. Ford and Barnett also. We need a powerhouse edge forward badly.
We have 3 spots apparently available and they need to be top 17 players.

Yep, absolutely, this is very important, we're on the back foot too often, losing the ruck.

We’re gonna miss Sam if he’s out for any length of time. I shudder to think who might replace him. You see what happens when you release half your pack and replace them with nobody.

Is there anything Galvin can do that Latu can’t? I don’t think so, but I think Latu is a better defender and runner. It will be hard for Benji to leave Latu out of the 17 based on tonight’s performance (perhaps not with injuries and suspensions).
Galvin is far from the finished product and I think his future is in the forwards, but Turuva throws the inside ball and Tigers win everyone is praising the Galvin kick as a stroke of genius.

Love what Latu does, he plays so direct and is a totally different player to Galvin. Not sure he lands that kick tonight though

How does Turuva have to go off for a HIA from the independent doctor, bunker review no penalty. But they have a few high shots, no HIA?!?!? Make it make sense.
Bennett falls over Pole's back, making a tackle. Didn't go past horizontal, but blown as a penalty??
Commentators said Tigers called him in for HIA.

It’s easy to lay blame but the reality is that everyone tried their arsed off - we had chances to win with May and Bula tries.
If Turuva doesn’t milk the head shot then he stays on and chances are warriors don’t score.
So many moments you can lay blame, but in my opinion if Skelton and Douehi play, then we win. We lost the ruck early and struggled to get off our line many times. We have them and that battle is won more often. All the other little moments are just things that may or may not have impacted the game.

It was mentioned at half time that Tigers doctors took him off, not independent doctors
The idiot Tigers doctors could have at least waited till we had the ball instead of dragging him off while our other winger was also covering for an injured second rower .. warriors doctors certainly knew how to play it with Nikoll Klonsdadt.. also wtf was with Barnett tripping over backwards and we get penalises for it from that moronic cheat of a ref

It hurts but if I’m being honest this is the most confident I’ve felt from a tigers team in years. We are building and we will learn from this game. Our mental game has been the major improvement in the offseason and I look forward to the polish that will come with it over time. I’m for once actually enjoying watching us play…shocking

Could be Parra.

they said the Tigers decided to bring Turuva off …so he must have genuinely had an issue …maybe they shouldn’t have taken him off at that precise moment ..

From the little I've seen of Halasima, he looks very promising.
