The nudge Friend gave him wouldn't have been powerful enough to knock a kitten over but somehow a 100+ kg bloke who regularly cannot be knocked down by 2 or 3 defenders gets blown down like he has been shot in the guts with a rifle. It was milked nicely and got the desired result. Sucks to see contests decided by gamesmanship/milking whatever.
He's on one leg... Unbalanced!
Amazing how funucane knew friend was going to shove him beforehand (milking) when his main ain is a quick ptb for the one point attempt

But how can he be on one leg and unbalanced if he has abided by the rules of the game and gotten to his feet before putting the ball on the ground to play it? You've answered the question.

Watch the games.... Every player that is put on the deck does this... One foot to the ground, the ball is placed on the ground and then played with the other foot while the player is rising... 99.9% do this.... No lottery here it was a clear cut penalty

I know he's not popular in here but I love him. When Moses went to Parra, we tried to get him in a trade deal. We should have tried a bit harder I think.

Yes I think he might've. I think there was a week early on when someone got injured maybe and I thought Thompson would surely be back, but he wasn't chosen. Or it might've just been after one of Jennings' diabolical performances, but he still somehow retained his position! I thought to myself how much out of favour could Thompson be if this goose is still able to keep his wing spot.
