He didn't have to wait long lol, however he was not first choice to replace him in any case.

Yes I think he might've. I think there was a week early on when someone got injured maybe and I thought Thompson would surely be back, but he wasn't chosen. Or it might've just been after one of Jennings' diabolical performances, but he still somehow retained his position! I thought to myself how much out of favour could Thompson be if this goose is still able to keep his wing spot.

You might be right i still miss Thommo but he obviously wasnt in the plans for whatever reason, maybe Madge always had it in his plans to move him on while he could.

Moylan pulled up saw after making a tackle and immediately looked at his hamstring and walked off the field.
