Why won’t they swap these 2, it’s infuriating that Wakeham not at 7. He’s not a 5/8.
And that bench, if it was any more pedestrian it would be a sidewalk.
Perhaps this is just part one, remember last week he named Asu on the wing but changed it at game time.
Maybe Bula might end up on the wing and Staines at fb. Imo think that would be more sensible.

Hopefully Bula at the back will be able to cover the grubbers a lot better than that of last week.

How does Bula compare against Staines as a fullback? I imagine that Bula will be fitting into the empty centre position

This was the guy who said 3 weeks ago , AD is the best full back at the club. And AD showed why that wasn't the case.

Sheens has favourites and performance is secondary, that's pretty much the sum of it...😡

They certainly will never win if the backs keep getting rotated at whim,avoiding any chance of cohesion and familiarty,and the best performers from the previous week get demoted

time to back Jahream. a supreme athlete who has been earmarked for sometime to eventually make his way into the starting 17. that time is now. look forward to seeing how he performs.

don't be surprised if him and Charlie alternate. this move tells you all you need to know about Nofoaluma's standing in the squad.

the selection of Talau tells me two things: one is that the coaching staff is looking for a ballplayer on an edge when Bateman goes to the middle, and two Sheens is clearly trying to keep him here. Laurie will play thru the middle when he comes on and Api will play the full 80, which is logical in some ways despite Simpkin's performances.

the biggest concern is the right edge defensively. Wakeham, To'a and Staines. yikes. Bateman's gonna have to scramble hard to cover the first two outside him.

Im thinking that Staines must have signed elsewhere for 24....why wld u punt him after last week?
As for Bula..u need to introduce a young bloke when hes on a roll and plenty of recent success to use as a platform to boost his confidence
We may just destroy yet another young talent on Sunday

Staines will be fb this week there’s no way he’d throw bula in at fb he’s been out for 2/3 weeks through injury and by all reports he’s form wasn’t that good before injury then again sheens is getting old and possibly stupid

No one will give it to him if he has a howler.

My view is Shenji played their long term card at fullback now & will give him the rest of the season. I doubt playing in nsw cup will help with his development anyway so chucking him into the deep end will show us what the kid has.

The question will be if Bula nails it will some give Shenji some praise.

It’s high risk but if he is class then this will only be a good thing for the kid. If he fails be interested as to what plan b for fullback will be.
 
Talau should be playing lock he’s to slow and his side to side movement isn’t the best to be playing in the centres

It will be like winning the lottery for Shenji if he kills it. Or is there more chance of being struck by lightning lol?

Use suali as a yard stick in a system at the rooters?
