Good. Madge stunted the growth of so many of our players by not doing this. Would play guys for 10 minutes in FG off the bench and then expect them to get better.

the entire club has only won 2 games in the last 12 months, as for Brooks he was only available for 11 out of the remaining 17 games in 2022 (injured Rd 20).
Like saying poor old AD comes back July next year and he hasn't won a game in 18 months, due to injury

He said he's got 3 fullbacks Bula ,Staines and Laurie and will spend a few weeks seeing who is best

Bizarre statements here. Nothing of significance since 2009? Made the top four in 2010 and 2011, arguably should have made grand finals both years, how is that not significant? He didn't have the Roosters salary cap in a lot of those years so was working with Juniors and journey men, you can't polish a turd. His record of producing and nurturing juniors is better than most that have ever coached in the NRL.
He can come across as arrogant because the media have been sticking it to the club and he is giving it back, unlike soft Madge. Judge the man in two years time I bet you will be pleasantly surprised, he will do what he did with Penrith and set them up for Gould to reap the benefits in future years.

Not sure i beleive him as he says he is just going to leave brooks, wakeham are now going to be the halves moving forward but they already played together twice? Where as few weeks ago were looking for a controlling half

I think you’re right to be suspicious of the messages from the club, they appear to be not on the same page at times, with Benji saying he’s talking to a player and Sheens saying the opposite.
What we can be sure of is, we see only a glimpse of the stuff ups played out in the msm.

I would like an explanation as to why 3 years. Engine room is complete. Go pick up a decent half, FB and a couple of backs. Sheens is just giving himself an excuse for poor performance over his contract period and Benji's first year (because a debut coach couldn't possibly take a side to the top 8).
