That's embarrassing to the codeHow anyone can watch the highlights of England v Argentina and say this is a better sport than RL is beyond me .
27-10 was the final score . Guess how many tries? 1 to Argentina in a losing team .
Almost a great comeback from Fiji.
Semi Radradra spilt the beans for what could have been the winner.
The game they play in heaven hey?The home of bazball serves up 6 penalty goals and three field goals and still wins by 17 points. Yawn...

Not really mate . The sport is ruled by the northern hemisphere , and they have a vested interest in the game being officiated , played in this style . Ie. they don’t have the skilful players developed down here through touch / Austag/ nrl/ union / beach footy .That's embarrassing to the code
Refs blow a penalty
Team kicks a goal
Rinse and repeat

It's incredible how many 6 Nations/SANZAR teams get calls in games against Pacific teams.Fiji slighted with the Prince of Wales in the stands.
Referee Matthew Carley (born in Wales) had an
absolute shocker display of reffing. Unreal bias
Yeah I agree, there is simply no comparison between e.g. yesterday's Canberra v Newcastle game, and anything we'll see at the rugby world cup.How anyone can watch the highlights of England v Argentina and say this is a better sport than RL is beyond me .

I'll still be watching though, and if the All Blacks continue to lose it will be an excellent world cup.
On recent form France and Ireland could both easily win it, South Africa looking the most likely from the southern hemisphere (and I would say, Argentina more likely than Australia!)To me it will be a terrible failure if a northern hemisphere side make the final, for all my life they have destroyed the game with their obsession to petty ruiles and uninspiring play.At times France has tried to go against the normal Northern hemisphere game but they are usually a very dirty team.Hopefully the final will be NZ/SA as our mob are completely uninspiring and won't get there

I would like to see some of the smaller nations do well. Fiji came close against Wales.France, Ireland & South Africa def favourites
Argentina just got beat by a 14 man England.
They couldn't even muster 1 try, disciple was
horrible too. Also, Wallabies have a better draw
