If there's truth to us shipping off Galloway, I'd probably take Gallen then.

Still mixed feelings about it. I mean he's a regular SOO and Test player and we should try to get our hands on as many of those players as possible, but his age is a worry. 33 is pretty old to be taking on a forward, I just have a nasty feeling he'll be perpetually injured with us.

I thought that might be the case with Anasta too - and we all know how well that went. Still, it's a tough call re Gallan. Has anyone actually seen anything that might suggest he/we are interested in him signing?

That's a bit harsh, Buchanan was one of the first picked a few years ago as we had no depth and he turned up every week and played big minutes.

He's only young, props generally develop later on, but all the Bucky hate is ridiculous.

If we let him go and not find a suitable replacement I am done with the Tigers for this year. Signing new players is an important part of building a premiership winning team. If we are going to just continue letting players go WITHOUT EVEN CHASING other players then why bother getting my hopes up that we can actually compete for a top 8 finish
