Excuse me quoting myself, but it also seems that they are expediting the request that Ukraine applied today to join the EU.

Edit: Not that it will happen today or in a week, but a favourable acceptance.

By the way, UN Resolution 68/262......"look it up". Ukraine is a sovereign nation, with its borders accepted, ratified and endorsed by the UN.

I have never said you are a piece of crap and nor would i.
As for the Ukraine being corrupt it is not great but it is rated as being 33 on the scale Australia is 77 and Russia is towards the bottom with 30,New Zealand is near the top of the ratings with 88 to put things into perspective.These figures are from tradingeconomics.com.
Please seek expert help as i and i am sure many others on here believe you are heading for a complete breakdown in the future.You are a better person that that and reading conspiracy websites is causing that breakdown.Please take care

I wouldn’t bother reasoning with idiots. The post you responded to said it all. The geopolitical version of the rubbish sovereign citizen cookers go on about. Only the very moronic could even attempt to justify the invasion. All this talk of Souros, Jewish Nazis, historical claims is for the birds. The idea a state has to “register” it’s borders with the United Nations to be considered a sovereign independent country is a new level of loony though…

Just read that Ukraine will receive 71 Migs from Poland, Slovakia and Bulgaria based out of Polish airfields. That will give them parity with Russian air power atm because for reasons unknown they have only comitted less than 5% of their air force.

G'day JT, i just would like to say this about corruption,
There is organised corruption and there is disorganised corruption.

Ukraine is in the disorganised category, our people don't see it as much because our countries corruption is very very organised, it's in the housing/realestate sector.

When our unemployment rate is amongst the lowest in the World and when some young couples are borrowing close to and even in excess of $1m to buy something that is essential (a bloody house) and when my kids are saying, Dad we will never afford to buy a house (with a good amount of saved deposit) then i would say that this country is corrupt on a massive scale

Disappointed that indiscriminate shelling is increasingly moving with pace past that of precision attacks on objectives and surely the world will not stand back and watch if such continues.

Many of us have seen what Russia did in basically levelling widespread areas of Syria with Assad, along with attacking Chechnya and Georgia in the Caucasus between and across the Black Sea on the Crimean in Ukraine prior to this latest assault.

Again, not excusing others and have consistently been against similar actions from all corners, but there comes a point where enough is enough and the collective needs to draw the line. Even with the threats of nuclear arsenal in the air, whether veiled, idle or otherwise.

Russia was invited to Syrian at the request of the democratically elected government. I remind you that they are a big reason why we don't talk about ISIS and various militias anymore. Chechens love Russia, they're helping get rid of the Azov brigade in the south as we speak ... A good thing imo

You can't just 'punish' a nuclear armed super-power, that's foolish. Sanctions will hurt Europe as well as Russia, they have a lot of partners in Africa/Asia and to the East. Also, don't forget the US & UK consume a lot of Russian gas/oil ... Forget the vodka & babushka exports haha
