Western, Eastern and Southern, even the little to the north as part of a UN force if necessary. Not only for this invasion, any incursion into a recognised nation. Are you suggesting western military intervention?

Stop being so emotional, you must be well past the age of conscription looking for another blasted world war like that...
Russia will most likely secure the South and pull-out after assurances there will be no further incursions west - It's a matter of national security. Zelensky has initiated talks again after bumbling through the first negotiations, fingers crossed
I am young enough for required fighting if in Ukraine and to be emotional as I waved goodbye to wife and child on their temporary journey to the safety of another country.Stop being so emotional, you must be well past the age of conscription looking for another blasted world war like that...

History has repeatedly shown that you can not appease conquerors
Snide little Hitler/Putin comparison there. Ironic seeing that the Russians were the ones who liberated Auschwitz while the Ukrainians helped guard it. Let's stay on topic ... and do better
Good luck with your trust in Putin.😛Stop being so emotional, you must be well past the age of conscription looking for another blasted world war like that...

Conscription no but in Ukraine at the moment even men over 60 who are "physicality and morally able to fight" can join the regular army not just the territorials.Stop being so emotional, you must be well past the age of conscription looking for another blasted world war like that...

There was an open letter from 50 prominent foreign policy experts and professors in the U.S. back in 1997 long before Putin's ascent to power to the US President Clinton arguing then there should be no further eastward expansion of NATO because it would destabilize Europe and lead to this type of consequence. In 2008 George Burns said something similar going on to say that whoever he speaks to in Russia Putin aside everyone unanimously believed that it would threaten Russian security interests.
the truth is not black and white, but has a lot of shades of grey🙂 Saying that "Chechens love Russia" has to be interpreted as "some Chechens like Russia" - or the faction that "invited" Russia to occupy Chechnya "loves" Russia.Russia was invited to Syrian at the request of the democratically elected government. I remind you that they are a big reason why we don't talk about ISIS and various militias anymore. Chechens love Russia, they're helping get rid of the Azov brigade in the south as we speak ... A good thing imo

This is similar to say Afghans love Russia😏

You can't just 'punish' a nuclear armed super-power, that's foolish. Sanctions will hurt Europe as well as Russia, they have a lot of partners in Africa/Asia and to the East. Also, don't forget the US & UK consume a lot of Russian gas/oil ... Forget the vodka & babushka exports haha
The Wests sanctions are hitting Russian people hard already and they will stay for a long time. I cant see a "win" for Putin here.

We do talk to the taliban now too 😒
I can...The ruble is about to be gold backed...the old swift system is going to be defunct in the next week or so...the swift system was connected to the fiat system which the big banking families such as the Rockerfellers,Rothchilds,Vatican and Royals dominated for decades and decades....changes are coming globally ....and for the BETTER....Today the Rubel dipped below US 1cent and is less than 50% of where it was a year ago. That relates to a 100% inflation rate.
