Feki is no better than Nofo or Thompson..if you upgrade generally that means better than what you already have a no sence signing .

You must of missed the Roosters, Sharks semi.
I sincerely doubt Nofo or Thompson could have scored Fekis first try.

I’ve watched more than one game and I disagree.

Absolutely love corey as a player and person.I think Feki SHADES him though.

We have 3-4 players who can cover lock and no one who can play right second row. But sure, let's waste a key signing and play him out of position for giggles

The initial rumours suggested it would be a 2 year contact but it has been announced as 3\. Great news and pretty interesting that it extends one year after the end of Cleary’s contract.

Perhaps, but from what I saw last night you want him touching the ball as much as possible.

Shoudl be used as an edge 2nd Rower who also has a job to come in and take hit ups in the middle.

Agree, you definitely want him with his hand on the ball as often as possible. His online defence was great last night. And at a pinch if needed he can slot into 5/8 if Reynolds etc gets injured during a game. Quality pick up.

Thought Ryan got monstered a bit last night by the big Souths forwards when he took the ball up. He ran hard as usual, but didn't seem to be going forward much at all.

Imho one of the best players last night, looks like a good purchase👍 :sign:

Yes I don’t get the Roosters letting him go to sign Crichton on for ( a lot ) more .

Yes, it's unlike the Roosters, but they may have jumped the gun offering big dollars to woo Crichton over so early on. He was a boomer of a forward last year for sure, but he has come back to the pack somewhat this season. He still goes good, but not as impacting as last year. I reckon he and Matterson are about on the same playing level at present. No doubt the Roosters will get the very best out of him and having playing top footy again like they have with Tedesco - when did Teddy ever throw gem passes like that when he played with us??? The answer - never! :frowning:

Matterson is our best signing in years. Young, big, mobile, good defender can pass and kick. He’s as good on an edge or lock. I’d have him at lock ET likely misses out. If MCK can improve again our backrower last will look good for next year. Lawrence, Matterson, MCK/ET. Not a bad rotation.

Agree with your comments. Hopefully MCK can continue to improve on his 2018 form
