Missed the semi's and GF as I was overseas. I asked a few of my mates who follow the Chooks on Matterson's input and they said he was strong.

He went well mate, we've got a very good signing here.

Was brilliant , ( has insane hands ) hopefully he doesn't go backwards with us….future Blues .

We have had so many second Rowers with hands like feet. So that will make a change

I will be honest I have never noticed this, he has an uncanny knack of taking bombs though, at both ends of the field

I think he will do well.
I also think that our squad will change signicantly for the better IF Cleary walks ….. contracts or no contracts. There is no way a new coach will not want to shape things in different way. Something to look forward to.

I really think Oats would be a great addition. All we need are couple of more QUALATY additions to the squad to become a real chance for next years finals.

Oates is a gun… What's not to like about a huge strong powerful fast winger
He had a shocker in his last game... Went in with a lot of injuries... He wasn't alone tho

The Roosters regard him as a bigger loss than Matterson. He'll be given first crack at left centre for us.
