Lets see how Saab goes tonight minus a Turbo..

Not very well....

Yet he's still wayy better than our wingers. Never got any room tonight, manly have been pretty poor

Our wingers and centres haven't had any room all season.

Did nothing really - where they got 54 metres I don’t really know. Didn’t go looking to do the hard yards when the forwards needed a break.

In fairness, he had a lot of mates who were poor.

Get him in space - yes great. For me, when the chips are down, I want to see more than that but best of luck to the young bloke. I’d kill to play outside Tommy at the moment.

Because they don't know how to make a bloody tackle

As a potential recruit, Saab had both qualities that WT were severely lacking and pretty well still are. Height and pace, and he has an abundance of them.

Fair enough but let’s be honest - my grandmother could play outside of Tommy Turbo and look quick and be great. For someone who left the Dragons early, I’d like to know more about that. I know he’s young and has some talent but let’s see how he goes when times are tough first.

Haven’t seen a lot in defence either - he could do very well here!

I always rely on your evaluations of youngsters, though I have no doubt that Saab would have a similar strike rate on the end of our backline.

It's not like we don't create opportunities, just don't have his abilities to capitalise on that which currently aren't taken.

OK we can agree to disagree on this one. He will do well outside a strong inside backline - most wingers do. He got the opportunity and he's making the most of it generally. If we want to dig ourselves out of this hole, we need somebody at least half as good as Burton or Tommy Turbo - that is our challenge. We have young wingers who can do the job and show enough fight and talent - just start giving them experience please!
