Sack him Now

Jirskyr, if we don't start winning games we may not have time to develop these long term structures. Not as Wests Tigers, not in Sydney.

And that is a reality not an opinion.
Taylor needed to address this issue ages ago with better game plans and team selections, not many players are going to try their guts out when they don't have to because they are getting picked again the next week regardless.
And the old who do you replace them with doesn't cut it, you replace them with anyone who is fit, it gives the players the message their spot is not safe if they don't follow the game plan or have a go.

Anyone watch Sterlo? I have no doubt Nathan Brown was having a dig at Taylor and the Tigers amwhen talking about the Newcastle coaching position and he was spot on.

Thats right you also don't know how some guys will handle the step up until you try them. There has been many superstar juniors who struggle with firsts and there have been a few bolters who took their opportunity and surprised everyone.

Agree with Snake … this imposter has to go ... better to pay him out, get Toovey before gate money, club money, membership money and more important, sponsors are nil ... what company would want to spend big $$ on a team who will be wooden spooners under JT ..

How much are you putting in to pay this "Imposter" out?

How much are you going to pay Toovey to replace him?

Because for the 5,000th time Wests Tigers have **NO** money!

**To me it is worth considering that those fans who don't want to look at stats that show improvement, and don't want to give Jason Taylor the benefit of the doubt re his efforts to build a winning culture, but instead bay for his blood with a short term win at all costs viewpoint, are a big part of the reason WT is in this mess in the first place. Previous administrations have been afraid of the potential backlash from fans and so did whatever it took to try to keep an overpriced playing roster on the field while concealing the mess they created.**
Anybody here call for changes to WT management in the past?
Anybody frustrated with WT this seasons results? (Probably no-one more so than Jason Taylor.)
Anybody really think it will help to continue to bay for Taylor's blood?
How about we have a little bit of faith in the people who are now working their way through the mess we asked to have cleaned up and who are not afraid to make the hard decisions.

Youre either off your rocker, or on the money, who knows with WTs
Id say the former though.

Its the fans fault

Thank you for your assessment. No doubt your opinion is highly valued.

So it's the fans fault that we are shafted. ????
Interesting thought.
Wrong , but an interesting thought.

Interesting? Yes. It demonstrates that someone here is thinking.

NT I could just as easily claim that fans who accept mediocrity have allowed the club to not strive for the best and rest on their laurels.
Case in point…The club still talks about 05 like it happened yesterday.

Just as stupid a claim don't you think?

I don't recall anyone here saying that they don't want to look at stats. In my case, I merely pointed out that there's no point in using **only the stats that you want** , to "prove a point" , but leaving out. Other equally important stats. ( either because you don't have them or because they would put doubts on the result that you want .)
Either way the result is rubbery !!!!!

I'm no Potter fan, but anyone can see , that the huge injury toll , , and positional changes , definetly contributed to the avalanche of tries against us in the last 4 or 5 games last year.

Upon examination of the posts in this thread, the wilful ignorance many contain and the vitriol with which they are delivered, some will understand that the validity of my post has been demonstrated within.

Lol your post wasn't valid. It was full of inaccuracies for instance there has been many threads on here about removing/changing management over the years. Also the vast majority support a change of culture. How many "sack Benji, Moltzen, Galloway, Lawrence, Farah" threads have been started on here? Tonnes, too many in fact.

I'm not at the sack Taylor phase yet but he is in a results driven business. I believe he needs to tweak his approach because one year from now his head will be on the block.

At least we can be comfortable that we have you NT , with your superior moral compass , and your obvious superior intelligence , and understanding to keep us inferior rabble in check. .
No doubt when the revolution comes we will be the first to be erradicated.
Then you , JT , and a few other remaining stalwarts , can congregate and sing songs to each other about ", "We are on the right track", " winning doesn't matter" and that old crowd favourite,
"things aren't as bad as they look, and I've got the Stats that prove it,"
I feel happy to know that you and your superiority complex will remain forever in charge.

have you left anything out gctiger, when is the revolution coming? sometimes I like to sing..especially the Tigers theme song when they win…can somebody remind me how it goes, its been awhile since it was last sung... : 😱pen_mouth:
