Sheens has lost the fan base when these things happen the people in the know start asking questions… Don,t be fooled thinking the CEO want be dragged into this as missing the finals will cost the club around 500 grand at least .Keep the pressure up it will all work out in the end.

Man I hope your right, after sending letters to the CEO,RLW and the tele over the years I wish something would work,he is deadset untouchable,it would be great to finaly break down the inpregnable shell that won't allow negative Tim Sheens comments and articles and send him packing.

WT's are a private company and don't have members to vote at an AGM. The board is created via appointment from the various football clubs who make up the ownership provenence of the WT's.

Writing to the club is futile… You would be better off writing to Sponsors telling them you will boycott their products... I'm sure the CEO will listen to them!

That could be a bit hard

Just bought an IX 35 recently

For the 1st time in 10 years I got a gut feeling Sheens MAY resign this off season. I'm not saying it's likely, i just think its a rough chance of happening. I have no mail, no sources, just starting to get that feeling he looks deflated. Especially if we get turned over on Saturday Night with another 20 point loss and finish the season on a huge low.

People on here say he is never questioned in the media, however at the end of 2008 and 2009 he was under some pressure from the media. Some were calling for his head, and the fans were in a similar meltdown. He did claim at the time that should he miss the finals again, that he would walk away. He seemed pretty adamant about this. Since then he has had 2 fair seasons which has eased the pressure right back down to 0 again at the start of 2012.

However given his 4 straight failures from 2006-2009 it was only ever going to take one more failure for us to be going mental again. I just get the feeling that maybe he might fall on his sword. Despite him being stubborn and pig headed he looks a very decent bloke who does love the Tigers. Maybe his love for the club will tell him that these players deserve another voice after 10 years to progress their careers.

There was an air of resignation in his voice in the press conference on Sunday. He looked dejected, there was no real fire in his voice about us coming out to beat Melbourne and bounching back. He looked dumfounded by the performance. Almost saying, these blokes arent playing for me anymore.

I might just be the same old script he have seen before. Roll out the excuses, say your sorry and promise a better season in 13\. However for the first time I think he might know it deep down and I think he might walk. If he left now he leaves a very decent legacy despite the inconsistency over the years. If he resigned on Saturday Night I reckon every Tigers fans if they saw him would shake his hand and say thank you for turning this club into a better club then when you arrived. However the longer he stays the more the hatred grows. Hates a strong word but many Tigers fans almost feel that way about him, which is sad.

Like i said i might be totally wrong but i reckon he might be at least entertaining these thoughts.

Eddie my mate and i had a chat to sheensie in 2005 on a sunday night at wests ashfield just after st george gave us a beating ,and i can tell you the guy was so deflated that night we thought he was going to have a heart attack,he just sta there deflated, and a few months later we won the premiership. S heens wont walk , his pride wont let him .aLL WE CAN DOIS HOPE ,Andit wont matter who replaces him as long as the current staff walk out with him .Some if not mosy have not had a duifferent coach in their nrl careers so any now blood will be a breath of fresh air , marshall included . How well did Robbie go in origin with a different coach running the show ,stuart took him to the next level …ELITE.

I think the message we have to get across, is we are not a wild mob that want to drag him out of Concord and stone him. Rather we think he has done great things for the club and Rugby League and seems a champion person but for what ever reasons his methods are now not working and this has been the case for a long time so we need change.

People will always remember 2005 and to a lesser extent 2010 and 2011 but we have to move on with a new direction and a new voice

This echoes my feelings perfectly. I think everyone will be eternally grateful for 2005, and making us a force in 2010 and 2011 but this years effort has me thinking that Tim may have finally used up all of the magic dust. Benji is a shadow of his former self, Ayshford, Moltzen and Lawrence have all regressed and Blair has proven to be a rather ordinary signing.

All parties involved deserve better: Tim, the team and the fans.

Agree with this whole post

Give sheens first 8 weeks of 2013( his last year of contract) if we don't win at least 6/8 he should be moved on… But humpty needs to have a plan B in place from the outset of 2013

I think Sheens has a contract ending in 2014.

No…. I don't get involved in this type of rubbish as I don't have any right to tell the Wests Tigers how to run their business!

Maybe you should hold a picket line out the front of Leichhardt on Sunday and stop everyone entering the ground like the Union knob-heads in Melbourne?!

I wonder what the board's opinion is of the team that Sheens has named over the past few weeks. I can't figure out the logic behind all the consistent changes. Ryan to centre, wing and fullback. Moltzen from Fullback to 5/8\. Fulton from backrow to 5/8 to Hooker. Its absolute craziness. I'm sick of it. I wonder who it is who sits back at Concord and goes gees Tim has handled our side well and in a professional manner this season. I can only imagine things will be getting much worse before they get better.

If I thought it would have an effect I might

But unfortunately it won't , The NRL and the clubs don't care about the fans and doesn't ever bother to listen to us

If they did they would change lots of different things

Do any of them realize whenever he makes his standard 4 positional switches for 1 injury, it NEVER works.

Since 2005 Sheens has had many rules to take the board out of the equation

One of the rules is that all board members must genuflect while Sheens is in sight chanting "We are not worthy Tim"

That way the board can't at any time question him or his logic face to face

lol… Boards dont question Coaches face to face. They are usually the ones sneaking behind the coaches back trying to rustle up some more powerbase to drive an agenda to get their own man into the fold.

Unfortunately at the Wests Tigers, the ones making noise behind toilet doors dont have the numbers to stick their heads out and demand change!

Thats why Sheens is bringing back Roycie (apart from helping with his bingo numbers )

If rumour mongers or board members start whispering ,his Posse (Skando , Roycie ,Georgie ) sorts them out

Team is playing hopeless. Position on the table is hopeless.. Fans are feeling hopeless. Coach Sheens must go. He has nothing to offer as a tactician or mentor. All the quality teams have worked out a game plan to breakdown the Tigers. He has "lost the dressingroom". Our misery will not end til he departs.
Same coaching faces & drills in pre season means we are no hope in 2013\. Players playing like they don't believe they can win anymore. Sadly many fans don't think they can win too.
