That failure needs to be remedied. In the business world, people dump shares and sack boards. In the sports world, people stop buying season tickets and demand a change in the coaching ranks.
If you don't believe changes are necessary than that is your opinion. Others have the right to demand change without the threat of being called out as a traitor to the team.

I like to be balanced and given we were premiership favourites we have underperformed. Whilst there are no excuse there are mitigating circumstances:
* I think the loss of Lui has been underplayed and we never really recovered
* The injury to Tedesco met a complete change to the structure
* Robbie Farah missing due to rep and personal reasons
* Long term injuries to Chris Lawrence, Gareth Ellis, Keith Galloway and Heghno
* Adam Blair hasn't lived up to what we thought he would be
* Tim Moltzen hasn't really come on (neither has Ayshford) -
* The unfortunate loss to Canterbury and the broken hand to Robbie led to a "double whammy"
Some of these are beyond Tim's control but others are well within it. I would hate to be a Parramatta that automaticallyexclusively blame coaches for their results and be constantly changing structures.
Personally, I think if you were looking at a coach, you'd probably have to judge on the previous season (possibly two) and on that I would agree to retain Tim however we would have to have success next year to go beyond that. I did think he was lucky in 2010 when we resigned him

Pack of backseat coaching, not good enough to play the game lightweight Fair weather winning only supporters. We don't need you. Do if Australia went to war and lost you'd hand in your passports too?
