SACK TAYLOR NOW......

@haberfield tiger said:
taylor aint the one missing the tackles out there. Brooks was awful in defence.

We missed 28 tackles …
Titans missed 50 ...
They've had 13 rounds to sort this crap out .

Taylor wasn't noted for his defence when he played ... Taylor has not got a clue !

We need Mayer or someone with some pull to put the pressure right on Taylor, tell him this is not good enough, you are on notice.
We sack Taylor his career his dead,if it isn't already, surely he has enough brains to realise this.

I can't believe the amount of people who choked their parrots when the Pasty Faced scarecrow was appointed .
We need an old head to coach and manage these kids .

Mate your an absolute goose that I have no respect for. Your a child attacking the way someone looks behind a forum.

Post a picture of yourself mate so we can see how you look

If anyone over the age of 13 saying pasty face scarecrow should have a good hard look at yourself

Lighten up princess , that's his knick name !

Tonight we had a team made up of a couple of NRL standard players and a heap of kids that normally would be playing state cup at best, so hard to blame Taylor. I thought they showed plenty of ticker to get back into the game and showed some attacking flair.Anyway I will give Taylor till mid season next year before I start to point the bone at him

I completely agree. We need to put some pressure on this guy and stop putting up with his BS.

Yeah, Toovey is great. Broncos 44, Manly 10.

Have a look at his real record if you are interested , he is the Potter of 2015 the knives are out.

Some babies on this forum????
Record????
Toovey has a great record with Manly, this year they lost so many players plus injuries and all the DCE drama, Foran, watmiugh, stuart drama.,

Fairdinkum you judge him to Potter

Totally clueless is old JT.
Ruining the development of our young players with this ridiculous game planning. Our future is totally buggered.
The current board have quickly shown their ineptness in football related matters by signing this imbecile as coach.
I thought last year was rock bottom, how wrong was I.

No where near rock bottom yet , that starts happening when the talent wants a get out of here card.

Sack him now before it gets worst, the defence has not improved and is all most back to what it was last year. are attack has nose dive to total crap, even andrew johns stated they are going though the motions , he stopped short of say the coach is not allowing them to play. i said at the start of the season i would give him 12 weeks before jumping up and down. we have gone backwards the kids are learning nothing except how to tackle and lose games. taylors game plan is something in his head and really has no place with a young nrl side with little or no experience. i know people on hear will tear me down but i really can not see it getting any better under JT.

And who do you propose we replace him with and how do we afford it? Post rationally rather than emotionally, it's more productive.

Taylor is not coaching what is in front of him. He needs to let the youngsters off the leash otherwise we will struggle to win any games. There are just no players in motion when we attack. Defense knows our main attacking play is the flat ball to our left edge forward and are able to snuff it out. When we defend we are unable to wrap the ball up a majority of the time, or slow the play the ball down without being penalised. But worst of all is our long kicking game. It is so bad I would look for another kicker before next game or abandon it. We are heading towards the spoon, why because if it has taken Taylor this long to work on defense with little improvement, I would hate to see how long it would take to come up with some set moves in attack, or instill some confidence back into our halfback!

As much as I have never been a fan of Taylor, I think we have no choice but to ride out the season at least with him.
I think to sack yet another coach, especially at this point in the season, would just be more destabilising drama for the club. Even if they were to bring in the worlds best coach it would not change the season big picture. I just hate the idea of firing yet another coach.
Tonight we had a lot of kids that still have lots to learn before they are really first grade material.
I am willing to give the kids time to learn so I will give the coach a bit more time too.
In saying that I may not be so generous this time next year if the situation is the same.

Release Lawrence and a few fringe players, replace him with Nathan Brown, Fittler, Kimmorley, Toovey..
Sometimes thinking with emotion can bring out the best we have no choice, look what rational thinking has done to us…

I actually thought after round 5 when we beat Parra , we were on track and the team had learnt from the round 4 loss to the dogs .
Can't believe what a shambles I now see !

Why not just start paying out another coaches contract kt like we have money to throw around joint… its not happening and lets be honest we cannit afford to do something like that.
Taylor is a deadbeat who is too stubborn to change his ways to suit the needs of the team. Once we threw the ball around we didnt look as bad as we previously have but geez i wish we held onto Potter. A settled backroom and not as many injuries would love to have seen how he could have gone. But would love Tooves. He could do wonders with these young kids
