He's about ready to come back -
I reckon this fella would be worth taking a punt on…
Pretty of life in him, And a great player on his day!!

He would be in our usual price bracket, plus he got shafted, would have a point to prove.

4 years out of the game is a long time..but I rated him as well..so at minimum wage worth a go..

Sign him up for the rest of the year with next year in our favour. Let him see out this year in reggies and push up his match fitness.

Pretty sure I have seen somewhere that he is in talks with the storm though, living down there atm.

Hard done by given he put his hand up.

Never a great player but if he retained speed I would give him a go on a heavily performance based contract.

Worst case he plays State Cup with Jordan.

Would probably still be fit if he has kept up with his Peppy's program.
Might be worth a punt, put him on a training trial like Canberra did with Dave Taylor. Would make him cover over those very suss tattoos he has behind his ears though, why on earth would a bloke feel compelled to do that?!
Any club who gives him a chance might end up with Blake Ferguson as well down the track, those 2 had a very "close" bond in Canberra back in the day.

Hard done by? Shafted? He was a drug cheat. End of story. He deserves some credit for copping it sweet and owning up but let's turn him into Mother Theresa.

Long time out of the game. Highly rated young junior winger. Potential re-ignition of career. Could be the next Rapana. Let's sign him for a season and turn him into the next great Melbourne winger.

No thanks. We're already trying to draw some blood out of Idris' stone. Really don't want to have to go through that process again with a player who was gone as twice as long as Idris.

As far as I know Sandor has been MMA training in Thailand and is rock hard and built like Arnie. Idris was eating hash brownies in Nepal and banging backpackers.

Kept his fitness up no doubt,
Follow him on social media and hes always active…
Doing speed training like sprints and vertical training like improving jumping and so on...

Looks like a bodyguard on TV last nignt but as Milky mentioned.... i imagine he'll roll with the storm.
Owns a gym in Melb and would probably wanna stay there but he did say he'd go where ever oppurtunity is.

Would be the biggest winger in the game if that's where he played.
Worth the risk imo.

He's a big boy now thats for sure, found it interesting the comparison that was made between him and the sharks players. Might be worth a punt i doubt he's a winger anymore backrow or centre depending on speed.

Just read that he will have completed his ban on the 29th of august. Always seemed like a decent player to me, and a bit harshly done by considering the sharks squad… just wondering people's thoughts on a trial/performance based contract? Probably handy for depth if anything considering our state cup performances?
Apologies if this has been asked anywhere else!

Would be a good player to pick up but it is no certainty on how he will perform and he may end up like Jarryd Hayne. I would prefer to sign Mead, Edwards or Gela-Mosby but if he is in the right head-space and is fit and playing at his best he would be worth a look at.

I wouldn't take the risk but that is just me, he was good before he left though.

In what sense?

Price?
Earl would be cheap - take him on a trial and train deal.

Attitude?
He trains the house down now away from the game, owns a F45 in the Melbourne CBD, and would be humble considering where he's coming from.

His headspace would be excellent - he's had FOUR YEARS away form the game to realise what he could miss out on - if anything after watching him on League Life, he'd have a better headspace than most players currently playing.

Whomever picks him up will get great value out of him - I seriously hope it's us with the Cleary Factor.

Cleary let him go to the Raiders from the Panthers mid 2012..
