Jarryd Hayne on the same night was seemingly untouchable, not only by the Tigers players but by the ref, John Morris playing on the wing in an unfamilar position was denied a fair try IMO.
Thus set in chain a series of events that saw Hayne elevated to superstar status as a result of Parramatta's run to the Grand Final while potential Superstars in Wade McKinnon & Mighty Mouse were relegated to the backburner as the Tigers Premiership hopes were prematurely extinguinshed that August evening.
