Legendary WestsTigers winger Daniel Fitzhenry remains the Weststigers link to a grand final victory this year.

Fitzy has captain coached Group 9 side Southcity to next weeks Grand Final to be held in Wagga.

The Fitz has led by example all season playing in the 6 jumper and the Bulls would be short favourites to beat Gundagai Tigers in next weeks Grand Final after their performance in the major semi last week against their Grand Final opponents.

Wouldn't be surprised if some of the boys turn up to cheer him on.

Give it 10 years and I reckon Todd Payten will be assistant or coach with the Tigers, if not another NRL club. There are quite a few players retiring this year I reckon will get in to coaching - pretty sure Kimmorley went straight into assistant with the Dogs?
