I'm just going off what our captain has said. If i'm off, he must be too

Well lets put it this way GNR Lets put you in Fulton's shoes for a moment

Fulton played himself to almost standstill the other night True?? I think most would agree

How would you have felt if your skipper called your performance soft after you had just played your ring out

Let me tell you how I would of reacted And this in no BS

If my skipper had said in a press conference after I had made 46 tackles and hit the ball up like the way he did I would of approached him afterwards and asked him if he really felt this way and if he said 'Yes" I would have cordially invited him out the back of the dressing rooms and kindly shown him what soft was

Farah said we were soft Him and Sheens had to say something to fire the team up for this week

Thats why I think it is lip service Just like "playing one week at a time ' or "happy to get the victory"

Fulton always puts in, but sorry, watch the Saints second try (which is in the first half) so he shouldn't have been tired.

He was at fault for the try with a very poor missed tackle, along with Groat or Woods (can't remember). I thought he had a dig like always but he was not great.

That was SOFT. We were SOFT. Farah said we were SOFT. But keep telling yourself we weren't!

….............................In the first half against Manly, we played some good football, but in the second half we came up with the opposite. Against the Dragons, we let through some tries through the middle. No footballer enjoys being called soft, but that was how our defensive effort was described in the middle on that night. We get the chance to right those wrongs against the Raiders tomorrow night...................................

So that what your argument is broken down to calling people trolls What next do you take your bat and ball home and tell us your not playing anymore

Robbie Farah, Benji Marshall, Paul Gallen…three players that have played at the highest level, all very well respected. NSW (C), NZ (C)
Farah has said we were soft
Benji has said we were soft
Gallen has said the same.

Youre ignoring all these comments because you dont like them, dont want to hear them and replaced them with some airy fairy theory you have fabricated yourself, that is almost psychiatric.....and you wonder why I scratch my head and think maybe youre geeing us up???????

GET REAL!!

A 9- 3 penalty count against us and no field position didn't help….a couple of high shots that we should have got penalty's for they wouldn't have scored in the following 2 plays. No excuse but it is a fair call isn't it.

Its hard to say we were soft cause it was only 16-8 half time but in the 2nd half we looked more tired or just not interested....(some players excluded).

Our 2 best players aren't playing well so they need to pull their fingers out...especially robbie after he comes back...we need him at his best

I hate the word soft. Blokes good enough to play at the NRL level don't get there if they're soft. What happens though is if they go in with the wrong attitude especially against a fully commited opponent, they will get run over. Just watch our pack this week after the embarassment of last weeks performance. I have a feeeling no one will be using the s word come Tueday morning.

Sheens is funny….

On the soft issue, there is no doubt that we are NOT soft.

The difference between us and Saints was numbers. They were getting numbers in tackles and we were getting isolated into one on ones.

I don't know why,but we need bodies in tackles and then it will work itself out.

Ps.....I thought it was extremely cool that Sheens stuck up for our pigs......that is all.

For some reason the end of that classic Nirvana song Smells Like Teen Spirit plays in my head when reading this thread

When did I ever say he can't make a mistake.

You need a panadol and a good lie down.

I wonder what Gallen thought of tonights effort. And i think he'd have a pretty good comeback of his own after Sheens masterclass coaching performance. 2 backs on the bench against the biggest pack in the comp. Way to go Timmy
