I'd really like to see our team line up like this in the near future…

Tedesco - our future fullback, why wait??

Nofo - honesty haven't seen him play much but from forum comments he seems to be similar to utai in the way he returns the ball but is quicker & also much better under the high ball (having previously played fb)

Ayshford - has to be due for some form, think he'd do better with nofo outside him also

Lawrence - same as aysh, think we should persist with him

Koro - electric in attack & can run down anyone. His defence will improve with time

Marshall - his rightful position, will find form with a regular hb, just wish he'd start taking on the line more!!

Miller - the best & most proven hb we have at the club for now. Have to keep giving him a go unless brooks starts to kill it in NSW cup

Keithy - the leader of our pack

Robbie - goes without saying. Hurry up @ re-sign him!!

Woodsy - hopefully another big year for him

Blair - this is where it gets complicated. I think Blair should start in 2nd row & rotate with Anasta

Pettybourne - has to start to add a bit more grunt. To rotate with BMM

Fulton - he just tackles everything & we'll need him in the centre of the park. Fults & Robbie are the only forwards I'd have playing 80 mins

The bench:

Buchanan - great young prop, let him keep learning from the bench

Bell - showed some good form last year & prob unlucky not to start at lock. I'd have him in the prop rotation

BMM - was going to start him in the 2nd row but think he adds more as an impact player from the bench

Anasta - for now. To act as an extra ball player on the edges, and hopefully be solid in defence. Wouldn't put him on at the same time as Blair & fults tho.

For mine Thompson will be pressing for a bench spot to add more aggression especially if the Robbie/benji/miller show can fire. In which case I'd have him replace Anasta

Also interested to see what groat & gavet can add once fit, plus a few of the U20s guys & big Mr T.

I wouldn't expect mass sackings or want it either, just give potter and the team a chance, if they are still performing like this in round 12 the we can cry.
why do we get so impatient and expect instant fixes or miracles… no doubt they played like busteds in round 1, but there is only up.

Reddy is a better option than Lawrence and Ayshford right now imo.

Moltzen, Ayshford, Lawrence and Miller need to be told that they are on their last chance: play bad against the Panthers and you will be playing reserve grade next week. IMO we are in a rebuilding year now so may as well give some of the young blokes a taste of 1st grade to see how they go…better to get 20 or so games under their belt this year in readiness for 2014\. Can't recall too many other sides except maybe the Dragons where you can continually play like crap and continue to get picked in 1st grade.

agree with mac here.

imo the last chance for aysh/rowdy. one incumbent has to be dropped. aysh/lawrence, if one or two of them dont perform against panthers or make silly errors.. one of them to reserve grade

next should be anasta
