I know how much some people love a "heard it through the grapevine" thread, so here's mine:

4th of November (after the 4 Nations)
Tigers are set to announce a signing from the Rabbitohs
He is a Forward
600k (not sure if that's a year or over X amount of years)

Based on those details, I am guessing its a bunny who is playing in the 4 Nations which could mean it's could be a Burgess brother

Any bunnies playing for Samoa.I think that would be the only possibility.Not Burgess or top level Aussie or kiwis team.
 
That's what I thought.
Bunnies forwards in the 4 nations (if that guess is correct): G Burgess, T Burgess and Luke

Although, from memory Picker and Lowe are off contract, Teo has signed with union or French footy or something, not that many options
 
With tim grant and g Stewart coming, McQueen might still have to start off the bench to his disliking.

Has dropped out in form last couple of years but he's the second rower we might be looking for

4 Nations series doesn't end till 16th of November

Just from what i have been told from a guy who seemed to know what he was talking about and knew the person who was signing with the tigers, and at 600k i suppose he wouldn't want that been let out.
Could be all BS but would love for our boys to sign a big name worth 600k. JT wouldn't have many links still at the bunnies would he?
 
JT has said he is looking for strike power in the 2nd row, and depth in the outside backs.

So would more than likely be a 2nd rower or a centre if this is true.

Don't want to guess who the signing is,but at 600k would want to be a very good player and add some sting and value to our playing group..

The last thing we need is an expensive buy, non performing or sitting on the sideline every few weeks…
