JJ Felise to raiders for 2yrs

Not surprised they've picked him up, they badly needed more props after losing Junior Paulo and Shannon Boyd. He should see some more first grade there.

Klemmer just hit the jackpot

Not wrong. He can get away from his apparently terrible family as well.

Napa has also joined bulldogs as rumoured and felise has signed with raiders for 2 years…..
Imo klemmer leaving was the right decision for him and bulldogs, as Bulldogs know have the money for some great potential

Rochow was Ok last year. Did his job and performed to expectations

McQueen is here for the duration of his contract. Shouldn't have been signed with the Neck injury

Did not have it when he signed.

Hi guys this is only my second ever post. What I can say about our recruitment is that Pascoe knew six months ago exactly what we needed. I was on this years members committee and was super impressed by his knowledge and willingness to listen to our wants as well.

As he stated. We all know we need a top class centre and **front rower but please let me know anyone out there available** and we will grab them.

So it is not that our recruitment team don’t know what we need it is about waiting for he right one to become available and them wanting to come here.

Just thought I would share my insight and let you know that they definitely know what you guys are saying and what we all want.

Napa and Klemmer were.

Johnson to seek interest from rival clubs after Warriors impasse grows
Warriors halfback and club great Shaun Johnson says he now has the chance to "spread his wings" and gauge interest from rival NRL clubs after having not been offered a deal at the Warriors beyond 2019.

The New Zealand No.7 posted his thoughts on Facebook on Monday, saying the lack of engagement between he and the Auckland-based club had forced his hand.

"I thought it's best I clear a couple things up regarding my situation at this stage with the Warriors," Johnson said.

"Firstly, there is no contract for me to sign past 2019.

"Secondly if you saw the article that came out a few weeks back […] they said they are in no rush to re-sign me. Since then they have told me again at this stage they [won't] be offering me anything.

"That means I get to spread my wings and see what's out there so right now that's what I'm doing!"

Warriors' top five tries of 2018

Johnson, who has played 162 NRL matches for the Warriors since 2011, was named winner of the Golden Boot award as the best player in the world in 2014.

Possessing one of the best sidesteps the game seen in decades, Johnson also holds the honour of being the highest point scorer in New Zealand Test history.

Despite having already lost halfback Mason Lino to the Newcastle Knights, the chasm between Johnson and the Warriors appears to have grown wider.

In positive news for the club, they have Blake Green contracted until the end of 2020.

"All of you know how much the [Warriors] mean to me and how grateful I am for the opportunity they have given me to live my dreams and play the sport I love!" Johnson added in his social media post.

"Hope that clears up any confusion, tell ya friends [so I] stop getting asked the same questions. Will keep you posted with what happens next."

Hey mate,
Not to sound to pessimistic but there were a number of props and centres that came and went in the last six months.
Klemmer,Napa,Mcguire,Solomona,Tapau,Glasby and more.
Ramien,Wighton,Peachey,Matatuia,Hayne,Blair,Aitken and more.
Not all were off contract but all were (for sale) at some stage over the last 6 months.

I have to call in to question the medical and physical checks done on players before they sign, and before they actually start at the club. If McQueen was injured after he signed with WT but was injured with the Titans in his final time there, why the hell didn't we back out of the contract citing injury. Maybe there needs to be some form of insurance that the leagues clubs contribute to for only these circumstances. Not unnaturally he doesn't want to medically retire but sheez he has never really been able to recover previous form and WT are lumped with an incoming player badly injured whilst with another club.

Which now that he has "recovered" but not willing to face a Medical retirement. We should throw him into first grade and make him take the hard hitups.

He either performs as a 400K player or he retires. If he refuses to go on the field, then he is target practise for Twal and Huth.

Any chance McQueen would improve under Maguire. Cleary and some questionable tactics when it came to the forwards. Maybe McQueen is more a Maguire player?

More hope than a serious question.

Someone in our medical dept didn't do their homework on McQueen…was injured 2017 and unfortunately deteriorated...but we shld have picked that up despite being in our somewhat desperate state after the big 3 left.
He shld have retired, but found WT cheque book
As for Sean Johnstone...too small for a 6....only relevant if Brooks gets too greedy.Theres not a lot between them, tho Id rather have the Kiwi at same $$as hes very impressive on his day(which are about as infrequent as brooks)
...and please..no more reserves/ISPs...we must have a truckload of cash....buy a quality centre!

1\. Mybe
6\. Brooks.
7.Johnson
9.Farah

Come on Kiwi coach, do your thing. The Dogs will take Reynolds back, who cares about Benji running around in reserves.

He's too much and not consistent enough. Rather get an up and comer to play 5/8 honestly.
