God no! Scum of the earth is guilty as, he has DV history and got off only because his partner changed her story. This is what some women have to do when they fear for their lives. There were witnesses that saw exactly what he did, where were they? Paid off no doubt.

I don't know why they keep spending tax payers money taking them to court, these guys are never charged, they can do what they like and get off - Bird, Inglis, Lodge, Walker, the list goes on. Packer is the only one I know who actually spent any time in a cell and he bashed a bloke. Women are fair game tho, no charges are ever laid against a player for abusing a woman in Rugby League world.

I know what your saying but if he's available to play NRL we shouldn't be the games social conscience. Someone is gonna sign him.

How does the landscape change if we were to look at playing Brooks at 5/8 and Mybe at centre going forward?

Recruiting a halfback and a fullback?

Very badly if you ask me. Brooks is halfback and Mbye is fullback. Get used to it. The spine is starting to gel. Sure there are bad games but when they are good they are very good. We just need the consistency.

Well let them sign him, as I want to be part of a club that has social consciousness and fosters a family atmosphere.

Knuckle dragging type players have no place in modern society and WT are leading the way in creating a female friendly environment. If players don't like it and want to live in the past or be part of a boys club, the NRL should recommend they join a certain political party.

@Madge he’s actually not as fast or skilful as many make him out to be could very possibly be a handy centre in our backline and has rep experience but we need up &comers. Fergo the go last year but doubt DWZ would come here after Ivan left plus malakai’s stint. Gutho/Jimmy Jet/Koroisau is where we should be making all funds available this yr!

Completely agree i dont expect our players to be choir boys but i dont want them to be borderline criminals or worse

Parramatta are after DWZ. I think we should definitely be going after someone like that.

They must have missed last nights game. I wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole

@Harvey Yeah I wouldn't want him either. He was great for NZ at the back end of last year but he's never shown much at club level, just been a fairly middle of the road winger with bad hands at times. Cleary has preferred Edwards and Aekins to him at fullback this year too so he doesn't have a lot of belief in him seemingly...

Halves should be looked at as a combination the number 6 or 7 doesn't realy matter it's how they combine...Marshall/Brooks work well together as evidenced last night...Benji took a lot of pressure of Brooks with his kicking and passing game..they gelled and ran plays well together especially the 1st Try to Mbye..

When that combo is not right like Nikorima/Milford...it sucks Dredan/Miford look much better after 1 game..

Someone like Blake Green would be perfect for Brooks but I don't think he's off contract..
